good sturdy bench no rips yet but eventually it might give since it's like a vinyl besides that great. I've been putting it to use for over 2 years almost daily and no issues. great for bench, incline decline, back rows, leg curls etc. anything you need a bench for it works and it folds to store and take up less space.

Just got this yesterday and wanted to give a more grounded assessment than most. It's feels solid and good for the money. But there is a very clear difference in robustness and quality compared to the type of adjustable bench you would see at a commercial gym. The bench says it's good for up to 6'5". I'm 6'4" and it's tall enough for me. But the backing is a bit narrow. I think that will be more of an issue for people than the height considerations.Changing the angles of the back and seat os probably the biggest usability difference relative to a commerical gym bench. It's easy and quick enough for the back. But changing the seat angle is a real pain. You have to line up holes without any type of track to help. If you plan on changingin the seat angle a lot it would probably be worth upgrading to something nice than this.I'm going to keep this. I'll be using for incline or seated exercises and won't need to adjust the seat angle at all. This is fine for a home gym, but this is clearly a couple of tiers below the adjustbale bench you're used to from your local gym.

This FLYBIRD adjustable weight was easy to assemble, the largest bolts were already in place right out of the box. Other bolts fit easily. Took less than 1/2 hour. The instructions were good enough. It folds up easily but not to 7 1/2 inches, more like 9 1/2. Only other complaint is regarding comfort. I realize a gap between seat and back is necessary to allow it to fold up. Unfortunately my body is proportioned such that my butt is right over the gap when lying horizontally. Also wish there was a convenient place to store the two large quick release pins when it is folded up. Otherwise it appears to be sturdy and well made.

I did a lot of research on Amazon to be able to decide which bench to buy and I was not wrong, this one is excellent, it arrived super fast, new, beautiful design, foldable, and it is very easy to assemble in just three steps, also its construction looks of good quality, I still have it for a few days, I will wait for how long it lasts, for now a great purchase.

I was looking for a basic bench that could be easily stored and decided to try this one. To my surprise it is decently made and should fit it purpose perfectly.I decided to test it more in depth here's the conclusion: I weight around 300 lbs and my height is 6.1 and the bench fit nicely and is quite stable. Next step i took 2x 100 lbs dumbbells and worked a bit on the chest. In total at 500lbs the bench was still decently stable with minimal movement. Would i try to go higher to the 700lbs as it is rated, no because of the slight movement at 500 i would not risk it as at those weights it gets dangerous if you can't hold a stable form. To make it short if you plan to use it for normal workouts at under 500lbs it will do it job nicely and if it for more i would suggest a real benchpress kit.

Easy to put together. Doesn't take up a lot of space. 4 stars only because it's not really easy to fold up to put away. But because it doesn't take up a lot of room. I just leave it set up. Would recommend.

Excellent product! Sufficiently heavy-duty for any home gym IMHO! Reasonably priced and the best and possiblythe most unique quality of this bench is IT IS SUPER ADJUSTABLE for seat angle, leg position and of course incline position. Also for tall users there is a removable head rest. Everything feels sturdy and the padding is adequate!I am really impressed with this bench and I LOVE IT! I look forward to adding a little muscle to this let-slip frame of mine...! Thanks!

Good price, very durable, length is good for taller than average people. Solid while working out with heavy weights/dumbells. Easy to assemble . Good quality build. Stitching is good and material is comfortable. easy adjustment! Comes with the tools to assemble it incase you dont have your own on hand.

I've had this bench for about 3 months now and I'm infinitely content after consistent use and countless hours of research before buying.Pros:- Super lightweight and easy to move around to adjust to my workouts.- Range of incline options are spot on.- Great build quality, solid, sturdy enough- Perfect size for my height. (5'8") Contours to my body without a problem.- Head rest fits perfectly when laying back, providing great upper support with some room to spare between my head and the end of the headrest.- Unexpectedly really comfortable, especially for this price point and compared to benches I've used at gyms.Cons:- only con is minor: the assembly instructions are certainly among the least clear of products i've put together BUT figuring it out was kinda fun and entertaining. Not a major headache, there weren't too many steps to fully assembly anyway.Didn't expect to be *this* happy with my purchase, especially given the price point but it's seriously been a great investment!

I've done a lot of research on workout benches and they all seem to be in the $300+ range, which I believe is ridiculous. The FlyBird is very durable, well made, stylish and easily stores away. It feels very solid and stable. This has to be the best buy for the money when it comes to workout benches. I highly recommend...especially at $107.99 which is it's current sale price.

So many positive qualities...It isStable as a base for exercise, cleverly design, well-crafted, provides many adjustments, and is easy to use. Looks great as well, for those who value aesthetics.If you are a power-lifter or body-builder who hoists very heavy weights, look further and pay more.But for me there are no negatives. I am confident that his bench will accomodate all of my weight-lifting needs. present and future. And for most people furnishing a home gym, this bench will serve you quite well. It achieves a perfect balance of functionality, appearance, and strength, at an economical price point.
