Big pros are it came completely assembled and is super easy to set up. Seems really sturdy. I'm in an apartment and can clean a bar up and lay down and it didn't budge. The weight limit is plenty for most. Obviously if you're a powerlifter you may come into issues with the weight, but I don't think you'd be using something like this anyways. Folds up to a compact size, which was a must for me.Only major Con: It's definitely not for tall people or tall torsos. It says so in the description that its for like up to 5'11 or something. I'm 6'3 and have a tall torso so my head is off, but it's fine for what I need. This is only a problem with using it when my butt is on the seat. Like I said, I'm in an apartment and mainly need the compact fold up and something to lean on/over and what not.If you aren't tall though, this is a great bench for a good price.

Nice bench for our home gym. It’s adjustable, and very stable for different types of exercise. The padding is comfortable as well.

Back support is quite short. If you are over 5'9'' then this model is not suitable for you. Apart from that the quality is okay and the bench is easy to assemble. Also the M80 x4 secure pin that is supplied is not long enough.

Very sturdy. Good value for price. Bought same brand but a different one first and it was not sturdy. Gave this brand a second try and they didn’t let me down this time

I selected this bench based on the rating from a well known testing website associated with a major newspaper. We'll see how it holds up given it just came today, but first use suggests it's excellent, especially for the cost. I only knocked off a notch on stability as I thought I should be comparing it to the benches I used before covid at the gym. For home use, it's definitely a five.I'm a bit shy of 5'8" these days (old people shrink), so I have zero problem with the length of the bench for my head. If you're not a squirt like I am, you might get to spend more bux.The welds are very good. the hinges look to be strong, and the stops and pin holes are well machined. The cover (they say it's leather) is very nicely finished; the padding is nicely done.I do have to tease them about the translation of the sales pitch on Amazon - Way back I used to fix Japanese motorcycles for a living, and trying to understand the manuals was an exercise in both frustration and great humor. You'd think these folks would have employed at least one person with an English degree to do a bit of editing. That said, I'm really glad I didn't get a mendacious exercise bench :-) .Get past the translation. It's a great home bench for a great price.

it feels very fragile, adjusting the seat position takes forever as you have to manually align it and it is very small in comparison to the old one I had before, on the plus side it looks the part.I will probably only use it to perform most basic exercise as i believe it will eventually breake otherwise and changing the positions of the seats takes to long during exercises

This is a good quality bench, but I regretted buying it as I realised that I had been terribly overcharged. They sell for much less with other suppliers.

This flat bench is well made and comes partially assembled. I am a 67 year old female and found it very easy to complete the assembly. Tools are included.It has adjustable feet so you can make it perfectly level. Very sturdy.You can sit up perfectly straight or lay flat and there are several levels in between.Please note, it has a foot rest, but it is just a foot rest and cannot be used to put feet under for leg raises.
