Product: the keyboard and mouse are of very good quality and very light. They are exactly as they look in the seller's pictures.Delivery: I bought it to be delivered to Australia, I couldn't track the package, I guess that this is more of an amazon delivery matter than the seller.
Good KB/M set, very quiet and comfortable to use. Only problem is the sleep mode on the keyboard due to how quickly it enters sleep mode (5 seconds) if you don't press a key. It will also enter sleep mode if you are holding a key down without hitting another key for 5 seconds. Would be better it sleep timer could be changed or temporarily disabled.
I ordered the keyboard in September and it took 2 months to arrive. I tried cancelling the order but they said it had been dispatched and I needed to receive it before I could return it. I finally received it and opened it this week. The keyboard works fine but the mouse doesn’t work at all
I first bought this set in 2020, and again in 2023, mostly because I couldn't get a replacement keyboard overlay. I gave the original set to a coworker.Since then, I've found an outlet to buy a new silicone keyboard overlay (and bought 3 immediately), and I'm grateful because if I'm not constantly trimming and filing my nails, they start shredding the overlay.Again, I use this for work. Nothing detracts even a fraction of a star from this review. Some of it is 'this is on me,' some of it is 'this is the way it is, and I'm ok with that.'If you don't want the full review, the long and short of it is: Yeah, get this. But you should read about its quirks. So I got this set to use with my work computer. After 3 years, the overlay got shredded. I couldn't get a new overlay, so I got a new set and donated the old set (less overlay) to a coworker. For the second set, overlay got shredded but this time, replacement overlays became available. Completely overjoyed, I would give (and keep giving) 6 stars if I could.I work mostly from home, go into the office 1 day a week. For 3 weeks in a row, for whatever reason, I leave my keyboard behind. This means I have to use my home PC (gaming) keyboard as my work keyboard, and it just doesn't work nearly as well - much like if I tried to use the keyboard from this set to game! So, as of today, the third time it happened, I got a new set delivered today. I will have my 'original' set live at the office, with the dongle plugged into the laptop. I will have the newest set here at home, with the dongle plugged into my docking station. I won't have to pack the mouse and keyboard into the laptop bag, and if I forget to stow the mouse or keyboard from the office, it's not going to mean a bunch of unhooking and juggling USB connections to be able to work, and then again to use my home PC.I have always loved this set. There are quirks: The whole Ctrl+function+whateverthatbutton is on the left (It makes a blue LED light up) in order to be able to enable things like Ctrl+F2 is annoying if I forget to do it.This latest set is even better. I just hit the function and 'whatever' key, and the blue light comes on. Took me about 3 minutes to figure that out: I was hitting Ctrl+'whatever'+function to turn on the blue light. They've changed that, for the better.Sometimes the old set doesn't register a keypress (especially Enter) until you then hit the Ctrl key. Actually, it will register the former keypress with any subsequent keypress, but it will then register that you hit Enter PLUS your extra keypress. The times this happens to me, I don't want extra characters appearing in what I type, so tap Ctrl and it will let you go on doing what you do. I don't deduct any stars for this, it's not rare, it's not constant, and it has kind reverse trained me in a comfortable way.So far, this latest set I purchased this month has not had this issue. It may, at some point, but I know that if it does happen, I can just hit the Ctrl key and move on.For the latest set I bought, I was super pleased to see that the devices charge via USB-C, rather than micro USB like with my original set. The number of devices I have needing micro-USB is dwindling, and I love it! Not only that: Previously, for the keyboard, when you plug it in to charge, there is a red light that turns on. When the keyboard is charged, it turns off. With the new set, red light comes on when charging, then a green light comes on when it's charged. Much easier to realize you have the charging cable still plugged in, so you can unplug it and save however much electricity (I don't care if it's pennies' worth, electricity saved it electicity saved). If either my micro-USB set or my USB-C set die, I will absolutely replace them with this set. I'm halfway thinking of donating the micro-USB set to a coworker and getting another USB-C set! 11/10 for work use.
Simply the nicest keyboard i have ever used. Quite, accurate and looks fantasticThe mouse is stunning, so smooth to use it just glides. You never feel as though you are having to work it effortless.Bluetooth would be even better.
So, I ordered this keyboard and mouse set a few years back in white. We were looking for a minimalist wireless setup to match the white all-in-one HP computer with silver accents we got that came with a wired keyboard. The replacement had to have a full sized keyboard as well as the number pad on the side, but also be small and unobtrusive to our desk space. It also had to have quiet key strokes with good feedback as you depressed the buttons and a matching mouse. There were options out there but there were so many with so many mixed reviews that we worried we would ever find what we were looking for.Enter this set. From the moment I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised with the heaviness and weight of it, which to me denoted quality. They keys were nearly silent with excellent feedback and it had all of the special funcitons in the F keys like you come to expect from a quality keyboard. The mouse was no different. The accents were in metal and are very snazzy looking. A perfect complement to our HP in white. Then came the break in period. Flawless function and nearly impossible battery life. 2 years later I think I've only ever charged the keyboard twice including once when I first got the thing and I'm a pretty heavy user. The mouse I've charged maybe 3 or 4 times over the 2 years since I got them.Well, wouldn't you know it, we upgraded computer systems and now our system is in black. So, I ordered a black keyboard/mouse combo in exactly what I had before. I actually searched it out in my old Amazon orders to find the thing...and there it was. One click away from being mine. Tonight it came in and just as the first set, it was flawless. I can't imagine a better set. Trust me, THIS is the one that you want. It's the final say in reliablility, battery life, and asthetics. A home run by every measure!
Tanto el teclado como el mouse son de muy buena calidad, la batería si dura, llevo 15 días sin cargar y todo va muy bien, solo un pequeño detalle vienen unas teclas desconfiguradas, pero nada que no se pueda solucionar. Me encantó!
I've been increasingly working from home and finally had enough of the daily struggle working with the tiny keyboard and trackpad on my work laptop. This keyboard and mouse combo paired instantly and easily, and stays paired without issue. The keyboard is full-sized and actually has more keys and functionality than my PC keyboard. It seems to be very well made, the keys are very responsive and quiet, it has rubber pads on the back to keep it from sliding around, and the height/angle of the keyboard works well for me. My only complaint is that I would prefer the function buttons (F1, F2, etc.) to default to the Windows functions rather than the multimedia functions. So if I want to rename a file using the F2 shortcut I have to hit the Fn button + F2 rather than just F2 alone, but I realize I'm probably in the minority here as I'm guessing most people don't use the function buttons much. The mouse works well, but is less impressive than the keyboard, though I do like how quiet it is and don't have any complaints. What I do love is that neither the keyboard nor the mouse have a battery, both charge via USB. Both also have on/off switches to save power. I generally turn the keyboard power off when I'm not using it as the switch is right there, but to turn off the mouse you have to pick it up and flip the swith underneath so I don't bother and leave it on all the time. I've been using them for over a month on a single charge and use them daily, so the battery life is quite impressive.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was a bit skeptical at first with the level of functionality at this price point but WOW, I am highly impressed with this keyboard and mouse. The mouse is whisper quiet, smooth and has a minimalist look like the keyboard. I did not notice all the shortcut keys included which makes my workflow even better and I love the USB C charging ability. Thank you!Wireless connectivity:Easy to connect with a USB Bluetooth thumbdrive Keyboard functionality:Very smooth, quiet and easy on the wrists. Keys have just enough reflex to know you are pressing them, love it.Size:Both have a minimalist design to them for space savings but keys large enough on the keyboard that are easy to use.Lag:Zero lag when typing or using the mouse.
