Estéticamente venía muy bien, solo uno o dos pequeños rayones en la pantalla muy mínimos, la carcasa en perfecto estado.Al configurar y transferir los datos de mi viejo iPhone me percaté que se calento y al terminar dicha configuración revise la condición de la batería y el iPhone no la reconocía, mencionaba que podía ser una pieza no original.Si no hubiera tenido ese detalle habría estado Perfecto, pero tuve que devolverlo. Así es la suerte

It arrived in new condition. Battery life was at 85% as guaranteed as a minimum battery life. I have had the phone for 16 months and it is still working very well. I just recently replaced the battery because it had dropped to 78% but felt it was well worth replacing since the only issue with the phone was having to charge the battery more often than before.

Phone was delivered quickly and is in the listed condition externally for the most part. However the camera glass must have been compromised, completely shattered, phone has never been dropped or anything, and I've never had this happen with another phone before. Also, there appears to be something wrong with the back camera, it was working fine for two weeks and now won't focus and is shaky and makikng a grinding noise / whining noise when trying to take a picture or video. Front facing camera is fine so idk what's going on and looks like I'll be needing to take it for repair.

iPhone XS Max/XS probably the best iPhone design of all time! It’s absolutely beautiful and stunning and timeless. What more can you what from Apple? From a phone. I received the product and it was like new! Unlocked, little wear and tear, and works as it should. No scratches and seller advertised the item as it was on hand. 10/10 would buy again

I bought this phone back in December of 2019 and intentionally waited a few months to write a review to see how the phone behaved over time.Before buying the renewed iPhone XS off of Amazon, I had only bought brand new apple products from the Apple store. I would have never considered using an alternative site, until Apple raised it's prices on Apple Care. I have needed repairs on most of my Apple Products due to dropping my devices. I have no hate for Apple, but charging $250 for Apple care on phones is just not an option for me.I took a leap of faith and bought this version from Amazon. My XS came in the mail a few days later than expected (originally giving me the "oh-crap-I-just-got-scammed" feeling). Besides a few smudges which came off with some rubbing alcohol and the world's tiniest scratch--keep in mind, the renewed iPhones on amazon have to look like new from an arm's length away-- this phone is perfect.I genuinely have 0 complaints. The phone's battery has been consistent, I charge it for about 2-3 hours every 24-36 hours if I'm using the phone heavily throughout the day, and every 48 if not. It works flawlessly--it hasn't crashed, given me error messages, or refused to update (I've heard some horror stories about refurbished phones). Best of all, Amazon offers their own version of repair care for only $88.99 (comparable to Apple's old policy).Overall, if you're like me and you don't need the latest version of smartphones, but know you need an accident protection plan, then just get the Amazon renewed iPhones. It will save you hundreds of dollars and is absolutely worth it!

the iPhone XS holds up well. The design is sleek, the gold color looks premium, and performance is smooth for everyday tasks. Camera still takes great photos, and Face ID works flawlessly. A great choice if you want a reliable iPhone without breaking the bank.

I purchased this phone as a gift for my mother in law but she was unable to activate it with her carrier. I have since learned that she is unable to activate any phone bought outside of her network due to the type of cell plan that she has. I don’t want my return to have a negative impact on the seller, the phone was perfect.

Great cell phone but for somewhat limited battery life..., and the really stupid design opposing the on/off/reset button and volume buttons - so that if you press the former you're naturally holding the phone in a way in which you'll depress the button(s) the opposite side and likely increase or turn off the volume. What are they thinking of?!

The phone arrived quickly and looks like new. It is a little bit heavier than iPhone X, but works very well and usually lasts me 2 full days before I need to charge it again. I am very happy with my purchase.

Phone was advertised as refurbished in good condition no cracks or scratches. However it showed up with a chip on screen and scratched. I decided I was just going to try to hook it up anyways since its used for my second number and when I went to metro pcs they told me it was not compatible even though it was advertised as unlocked and metro carrier compatible now I've gone a month without a phone and paid 65 service plus 190 for phone not to mention had to pay to ship back to seller hoping I get my refund.
