This thing is worth the money. Solid bench took me and over 350 easy so over six hundred pounds and took it like a champ. No rock no nothing.
Highly recommend for home gym use - you won't miss anything about the commercial gym benches if you buy this. Super sturdy. No creaks or squeaks, no wobbling... nothing. It is also easy to move around. Good incline angles and stable at all of them. The fabric on the top is grippy whether you're wearing a shirt or not and feels good on your skin. If you're not Superman, there's no need to buy a more expensive bench.
Bench is comfortable and fits all lifting needs. Easy to move and stow away and functionality is great as it does flat and incline bench. Can do shoulder work, bench press, decline if I add a wooden block and back work rows
I’ve put the bench to the test for several months now. It’s well built and bought it at a great price.
I have had this bench for a few weeks, and I am super impressed for the price. I have used this for bench back and shoulder exercises both barbell and dumbell. Also for stepups and other dumbell exercises for legs. No issues. No wobble in the bench during the lift. Solid footing. Finish is excellent.Would receommend for the home user for sure. I dont bench anything over 225 anymore and for me this is perfect. I would think that for the price point you would be hard served with the price and quality from a known manufacturer. Can't go wrong in my opinion. I will buy more equipment from REP for sure.
Great bench and very well built. Heavy and very stable. The adjustable seat and back are a must. Only issue is the back rest doesn’t go down enough to do decline presses. But there are easy enough ways to do other exercises to make up for that.
My previous bench was ~$100, just like all the other cheap benches out there. The padding was backed with 1/8" plywood, which started cracking if you tipped to the side or sat on the edges at all. Eventually it became very wobbly. This bench is better because:1. The padding is much thicker2. It's way sturdier3. The padding backing is thicker and some composite material4. Putting it together was one of the fastest things ever5. It came in blue6. The seat pad tapers smaller instead of bigger, so it doesn't get in the way when benching, seated incline curls, and other moves. I have yet to find a good reason for a seat to taper bigger towards the end7. It has a handle and nice wheels to make moving it much easier8. Other things I can't think of9. It was cheaper by 200 to comparable prosumer grade benches.
Quality bench that is very sturdy and supportive. Easy to assemble and looks like it will last a long time.

Bring the gym home with REP
Based in Colorado, REP Fitness was founded by two gym-loving brothers in 2012. From adjustable benches to plyoboxes and dumbbell sets, we offer a full line of gym gear designed by in-house, weightlifting engineers for both commercial and home gyms. Our gear is designed for modern training and will stand by you on your hardest day. Here at REP we believe that getting a PR is hard, but getting great gear shouldn't be.
How did we get our start?
Brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty started REP in Longmont, Colorado, in a 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage. They filled it with a few pieces of equipment and stacked bumper plates to the ceiling in the closet. Their shop wasn’t a big, flashy space, but even in the humble garage, the brothers’ goal was to see people's eyes light up when they walked into the space. They wanted to bring back the art of customer experience. They also wanted to sell high-quality gear they would (and did) buy, use, and love themselves.
REP Gives Back: Police, Fire & MilitaryOur respect for those who provide our freedom and security is what drove our desire to give back. In 2023, we chose to pledge $100,000 to three great charities that help military and first responder's families. In this way we can ensure the money we give goes to those with the greatest need, and continues our tradition of honoring those who serve our nation and our community. The three charities that we donated to (and encourage you to check out) are:
- The First Responders Children's Foundation
- Folds of Honor
- Gary Sinise Foundation

The Rep AB-3100 Flat/Incline Adjustable Bench is designed to combine the utility and safety of a 1,000 lb rated bench with affordability. This heavy-duty FI adjustable bench also has a tube support in the flat position for even more peace of mind as the weights get heavy.
The AB-3100 uses the same padding materials as our popular AB-3000 FID Bench, so you can rest assured that the pad will be comfortable yet firm enough to support heavy weight, while the vinyl cover is durable, slip-resistant, and easy to keep clean.
Now, the latest version of our bench includes new upgrades!:
1) Rubber feet on all 3 contact points for increased stability and less wear on floors.
2) Re-designed adjustment ladder for easier adjustment and rubber coated contact for less noise.
3) Improved rear base design for easier assembly.
4) Improved hinge design where the seat meets the back pad.
We redesigned our bench to be more stable by adding rubber feet to all three contact points. The handle is now angled to make moving it around even easier.
The heavy-duty frame is made from variable thickness 14 to 4 gauge square steel tubing - strongest where you need it most, while keeping the bench light enough to move easily.
6 different ladder adjustments and 3 different seat positions give you a full range of angles from flat to 85 degrees of incline. Rubber coating on the ladder pegs reduces noise and vibration.
The generous back pad is 11.5" wide at the shoulders and sits 17.5" off the floor when flat. Both the seat and back pads are designed to have minimal gap at all angles.
Wheels on the rear make it easy to transport by lifting the convenient handle on the front of the bench.
This bench has a lower profile than our popular AB-3000 and will take up minimal floor space. Great for smaller commercial gyms or home gyms.
