The Carhartt Women's Back 40 Fingermitt WA747 is an insulated mitten. This Fingermitt is made for extreme cold. These fingermitts are built for work or play in extreme-cold environments. They're insulated with C100 3M Thinsulate that is a breathable material that is warmer than down, while keeping an ultra-slim profile that feels unrestrictive. They have a knit cuff closure at the wrist and finger holes inside mitt. The durable System 5 Synthetic Leather covers the knuckles and palms, giving these gloves durability and grip. System 5 Synthetic Leather is 3 times more abrasion-resistant than the cow grain leathers used in gloving. 41% more breathable than cow grain leather of the same thickness. It guarantee's a consistent quality, coloration and thickness.
Great fingermitts keep my hands nice and warm in brutal cold weather!
Quality of these mitts are definitely up to the old Carhartt standard. Wife says they fit great and keep her hands warm. Work better for her than typical cold weather gloves.
Be aware these fit small. I am a medium in everything, all the time and these medium gloves are too small. Other than that, they are great. Also, they are medium temperature rated. Not for freezing cold temps.
Just beware these are not meant for really cold weather. I have another pair of Carhartt mittens that really keep your hands warm. They are much thinner than expected and I am not sure how they will hold up with the material used. These were purchased on a limited time deal and it was a quick decision to purchase. I am beginning to wonder about returning these and still haven't decided. I would not purchase these again and would go with the warmest ones.
bought for an xmas present and only used for a few weeks...., there is a tear in the thumb seam. I am not very impressed for Carhartt's. I bought the toughest mitts I could possibly find and they did not even last a month. I would really like a replacement pair. my return window expired shortly after Xmas as I had shopped a head in November to avoid not getting xmas gifts on time. pls contact me
Even getting them slightly wet makes them smell really bad
Perfect fit and very warm
Very nice quality! Nice looking & fits true to size.
I love these gloves so much! The only thing that I have noticed is, I am worried that they may stain, but I think that is also part of the look of Carhartt is more rustic! They have kept my hands warm so far in this Wisconsin Winter
Very cute mitts, but not too warm. Wear a cotton or wool liner inside and you should be good for colder weather.
Great looking glove but I thought they would have been made of heavier material on the inside...don't think they will be that warm when its -20 below.
Yeah I used caps when describing the title because they really are AMAZING… honestly ladies, get them while you can, My daughter had a pair and I loved them so much I ordered a pair for myself and she surprised me with a pair via amazon delivery… gotta love it.
Love these gloves.
