I took one star off because it does wobble a bit, but that aside it's great! I definitely surprised myself a bit when I was able to do a few crunches on the most difficult setting. As for the work out quality, I was definitely feeling the burn right away! Thankfully with none of the aches of regular crunches/sit ups. The cushions are super comfortable! I'm on the heavier side (223) and was worried my weight would make it uncomfortable to do workouts.The workout aspect aside, storing this machine is super easy! You twist the knob and fold it up! It's not heavy at all (Maybe 10-15 pounds at most). Moving it around is super easy, and the color options themselves were pretty great.I'd recommend it given the price and shipping speed, as well as my experience thus far :)!

This is awesome, even doing just 50 a day I can feel the workout in my abs. Seems to be nice quality and sturdy. Fairly easy and quick to assemble. I haven't tried to take it apart to store it, but it doesn't take up much space so that's not an issue for me. Easy to use. My only issue is there is no instructions on different ways to use it. I saved the picture from here for reference. Very happy I purchased this this trainer.

Really easy and quick to put together. Easy and smooth to use. Doesn't take up a lot of space. It works great. Highly recommend it.

I'm a gym rat so I can attest to this item being a good piece of "at home" equipment. I read all of the reviews and despite negative comments I bought it hoping for the best because I'm in Kuwait and cant get to the gym like I want to.It was easy to set up w/ just the picturesI tried it out a lil and no squeaking or awake stops as I slide up and downIt feels sturdy and it's easy to adjust the heightI'm 152lbs and it works great for me so I'd recommend you try it and see for yourself

There’s nothing wrong with the machine itself. On the contrary, assembly was easy and the machine is easy to use.The thing is, it doesnt really have much diversity so you’re only hitting one part of your abdomen.If this is for a small space like an apartment it’s really not worth it unless you’re trying to add it to a space devoted with gym equipment. This is not multifunctional whatsoever.

Easy to assemble, the choice of incline makes this an amazing little workout for the abs and it looks good in my room!Highly recommended!

I didn't expect much with it being under $100. I was able to assemble it easily with the instructions, and honestly probably could have done it with out the instructions. It has adjustable heights to increase workout difficulty, which is nice as you progress or if you have more than one person using it. Its a good length to get a great ab workout in for me (who is 5'6") and my husband (who is 6'1"), which was something I was worried when I first ordered it, that it would be too short for a good workout. It also sturdy enough to hold me, at 185lbs without any sort of indication its struggling, and it isn't wobbly even when getting on and off of it. It fold up with just one easy to turn knob to be stored pretty much anywhere (closet, under bed/couch, against a wall and be out of the way), and is light enough that its easy to move even up and down stairs. The electronic counter is straightforward and intuitive to use, and the battery can be replaced easily without having to do more than remove the battery cover (no need to disassemble). And, though this is just for those who are esthetically picky, the colors are true to their pictures. Overall GREAT product! Highly recommend.

It was very easy to assemble. It's easy to put away and bring back out. Only annoying thing about it is the long wire in the back but it doesn't get in the way of exercising. I used it a lot at first (I think it really was helping me lose weight) but I started slacking off with using it. However, its a great little machine especially when you don't have much room.

Easy to assemble, does the job well, easy to fold and store.I gave 4 stars because it could be more solid and robust (lightweight could be an advantage for others), and I received it with done scratches on the plastic cover.But overall, it’s a very recommended device should be at your home.

After having kids and going through the change, losing my pooch has become hard. So I started to look for ways to strengthen my stomach area. I seen this on social media and decided to give it a try. Putting it together was simple and didn’t take long. The first time I tried it, I was impressed by how smooth it was. I did 5 reps of 10 to start. The next day I could feel the soreness in my lower stomach area. I let my muscles rest for the day. And decided to make a routine for every other day to build up, I can feel a difference already. I’m very happy with my purchase.
