08-03-2026The bag is nice but the top zipper keeps coming off track. Also, the zippered side pocket is barely large enough to hold a cell phone if you have a case on it. I did not request a refund because I like the purse otherwise, especially the price.

The leather is so soft and it’s the perfect size to allow me to carry what I need without being a “catch all” and becoming cluttered. There are a few pockets inside to put smaller items in order to locate them quickly. The outside has 2 useful pockets as well and the strap is easy to adjust. I wear it as a crossbody and the strap is perfect to accommodate that. This purse is great and can be used with a dressy outfit as well as casual. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a new purse without spending a fortune!

08-03-2026I got this purse today and I’m already using it! Mine didn’t have an unusual odor, just smelled like leather. The purse is just as pictured. The zippers work smoothly and the size is perfect. I tighten the strap all the way to carry it as a shoulder purse, but you can also loosen it to wear as a Crossbody.

08-03-2026I ordered this item and returned it because there was a problem with the zipper. I thought it was only on this particular bag, so I reordered the same item. It arrived the day I was to leave on my trip and the bag came with me. To my utter dismay, there was a problem with the zipper on the replacement bag. Someone at your company needs to take a good look at your quality control. After reading reviews on my return from vacation, I find out YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE ZIPPER on this bag. NO ONE appears to care and get this situation taken care of. $53 for this bag ... I have now returned from my trip and I am going to return this second one because of this zipper flaw.
