good texture and flavor.
Super dry jerky and great pepper taste. I’ve tried other brands, this is the best so far. If you’re looking for dry jerky this is the stuff. It’s as dry as 4 day old road kill in Arizona during the summer.Enjoy
This is really some top quality jerky (I got the black pepper) I tried not to, but I ate the whole 16oz bag in a couple of days. A+
No mans land black peppered jerky is the best jerky on the market in my opinion, it is tough as jerky should be, not gooey slimy and tender as most jerky is, it is almost as good as homemade.
This is the best jerky on the face of the earthI buy it all the timeEddie
I make my own beef jerky at home but running across this stuff at a gas station gave me some ideas. The package I got at the gas station was perfectly vacuum sealed and the flavor was amazing. This is some of the best beef jerky I've ever had, because I love it DRY!That said, the flavor from the gas station was amazing. I ordered here on Amazon and the package was also vacuum sealed, however the flavor took a bit to settle once exposed to oxygen. A bit salty at first with an overabundance of soy. After about an hour or so it tasted great.I ordered a second package, and that package was not vacuum sealed. The jerky was less flavorfull but still good. It was MOST DEFINITELY harder and had hit the point that jerky becomes when it is exposed to air for long periods of time with little preservatives (a good thing.)I will say, I enjoy this recipe very much, and the slow drying process. Perhaps a tiny bit too much liquid smoke product involved but that may be a personal taste thing.I will probably order another bag, but I would like the consistency to go up if at all possible. I know it's not easy when it comes to making and shipping jerky. My only wish is that I lived close enough to visit the source!
The flavor was unexpectedly good. I didn’t want to put the bag down. I will definitely be buying more in the future.
Nasty...tastes like liquid smoke smells. Lots of fatty edges and stringy tendons. Tough chew which I love when it's a good flavor. The meat used is bottom grade junk. I'll stick with Robertson's as the gold standard of jerky. Even if more expensive, taste counts.

Since 1997, No Man’s Land Beef Jerky has carried on our family tradition of quality food. What started in our parents’ small-town grocery became a mission to make jerky better, slow-dried the old way with whole cuts of beef and simple ingredients. From a single home dehydrator to today’s perfected recipes, we promise jerky made with the same care we’d serve our own family. Always real, never rushed.
Honored to send our jerky overseas, thanking our troops for their service and sacrifice with a little taste of home.
At No Man’s Land, we slow dry our jerky the old way, about 24 hours per batch. We start with high-quality cuts of beef, hand-trimmed for leanness, then marinate and dehydrate without water or fillers. The result: jerky with 16–17g protein per serving, low carb, low sugar, and always real. No fillers. No artificial colors. No added MSG. No trans fat.
What makes our beef jerky special?
Whole-muscle, hand-trimmed beef. Slow-dried overnight the "old style".
Why is our beef jerky premium? We use whole-muscle beef, slow-dried with no fillers or water. It's a longer process that delivers pure flavor and protein-packed quality you won't find in mass-produced jerky.
Are there any additives, fillers, or preservatives? No. The jerky has no unnecessary additives, no fillers or water, and no “junk.” The emphasis is on purity in ingredients.
