Apple 2018 iPad Pro 12.9-inch, Wi-Fi, 64GB - Space Gray (Renewed)

Now that I got this IPad I am very protective over it. The iPad is huge and its works wonders. I feel as though the reason people are giving this device a bad review is because they did expect what they were gonna get. Which they should’ve because it says before ordering which level of rein-furbished you want. If you put regular or good. You should’ve be shocked at what you get. Keep in mind that when order something rein-furbished you expect for it to be good the same as you would expect it to be if you brought it from the actual Apple Store, and that’s just not the case. I’m so grateful and happy for this product. It’s unfortunate for those who had to deal with a broken screen or a few scratches. The battery seem normal. I’m using my iPad for business purposes so if you’re not going to be using it constantly especially if you got other devices than I think you should not be worried about battery life. It charges well for me. The screen quality is good. Keep in mind this is my first iPad. But the screen is good no issues at all. Thank you so much to the seller and Amazon.

Be very mindful that the tablet IS in fact renewed. Meaning it belong to someone, they didn't want it, and the sellers test the iPad to make sure it's still functional before selling it. There is a chance will be some slight flaws with your tablet that maybe over looked when you receive it but nothing that would hinder the performance of the tablet. Sometimes things get over looked, it happens.With that said I am absolutely in love with the quality of my tablet. A friend of mine recommended me this seller since it's where they got their iPad so I took her word on it. I wanted to wait a bit before making a review incase something happens to the tablet but so far I haven't come across any major issues.First of all it came in the mail 3 days early than expected so I was super excited to get home from work and try it out. Everything is super responsive to touch and to my pen, and the magnetic charge for the pen works as intended and charges fast. The battery on the tablet itself works fine, the only thing I noticed was that it takes a while for it to charge but that could just be my charger itself but the tablet does last for the whole day when I'm drawing and when I plug it in at night before I go to bed I wake up and it's ready for me to get back to work on.Minor scratches on the back and corner of the tablet but nothing that a case cover can't hide. Both sides of the speakers work so I can play music while I draw or YouTube videos, sound quality is alright but nothing worth bragging about.I haven't tried video calling with it or the camera because it's not something I would do with it, however when I hook it up to my computer to do streaming there is no latency.Overall I'm pleased with the product, it runs like new and it does what I intend for it to do- draw digital art with. If you're looking for an iPad that won't break your bank this is worth, plus they do guarantee a return or exchange if there is anything wrong with it. I say it's worth buying, but don't expect a brand spanking new iPad straight out of an apple box. There will be some small flaws with it but nothing that hinders the performance of the iPad.

Best iPad of previous three I’ve owned. 5 stars.Have put this renewed Apple 12.9-inch 3rd gen. 64GB space grey iPad Pro through the trenches, and happy to report everything is excellent. iPad arrived 1 week ago, well packaged in generic box. A generic 5W black charger was included, as noted in other reviews. Based on reviews, I separately purchased a variable-wattage USB-C 18W fast charger with over-charge protection, but that is probably not necessary for everyone, because the included charger works fine (just much slower).The device looks brand new, with no evidence of prior use. The device came with a 66% charge, which was plenty for initial setup. I used the device until the charge was completely depleted, and then I recharged to a full 100%. Restoring previous iPad backup through iCloud to new device was fast and problem-free. I tested all areas of the screen for touch sensitivity. I connected and manually disconnected several times from wifi fine. I downloaded latest iOS and installed fine. I contacted AppleCare, which provided a web address to enter a serial number to check for any remaining AppleCare coverage. It had expired, as expected with a refurbished device. I tested the device’s charging capability with the Apple Pencil (sold separately) and have used the iPad for 6-10 hours daily for several weeks without any glitches.Everything is in perfect working order and appears brand new. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend Amazon Renewed products based on this one experience. Although a few report problems here, many customers who are happy with their purchase don’t bother writing reviews, so negative experiences can seem more prevalent. Amazon’s 90-day refund policy greatly helped in making the decision to take a chance on a refurbished device.Five stars all around from a very picky first-time Amazon Renewed customer who requires a reliable, stable device for work.

I received four iPads for my string quartet business not knowing who I was dealing with. Unfortunately, one of the iPads had issues with the screen and suddenly I was unable to use it. I took it to my local IT guru who I had to pay for his time to access the damaged iPad. Moe at Cybertek was AMAZING with sending me a label to return the iPad, covered my IT expenses, and sent another iPad out as soon as he had one that equaled the one returned. Moe has been amazing. And being that his business is a “mom & pop shop”, he really does care about you. I will refer Moe and Cybertek for a very long time, and I feel like I now have a friend in the business. Excellent quality. Battery charges to full power. Setup was simple. High resolution screen was in perfect condition as was the case.

Was happy till i realized a side of the ipad has no touch feedback. i understand the device is refurbished, but still a little disappointed. you would assume that a refurbished item would have been fixed if its issue.

This iPad was bought refurbished after my other iPad Pro died. I have this one and a iPad 5th generation and it took a little bit of getting used to the ginormous screen size, but I love it!It came basically brand new looking and had barely any noticeable cosmetic damage. Charges normally, and the battery life is phenomenal for watching videos/movies/music.I definitely felt like I got this at a great deal for its condition.
