Eindeutige Kaufempfehlung.

It will hold heavy loads above 150 lbs if you assemble it according to the manufacturer's instructions. You must remove the plastic coating from the cable prior to installing the clamps. It will slip and hurt you if you don't. Look at the pictures from the reviewer that said the cable slipped and gave him a bloody nose. You can see that he forgot to read the instructions that tell you to remove the plastic coating from the cable. If you're going to be dumb you gotta be tough. I installed the cable clamps correctly and have had no issues doing pull downs at 175 lbs.

I bought this product for doing face pulls. I attached it to my existing a Titan cage. The included strap made it easy for attachment, although you could also try to use a truss clamp with an eye hook. The overall build is very good. The one on issue that I had which is a potentially important issue, is that the opening surfaces of the included carabiners are extremely sharp and I don’t think they were sanded or finished in any way. The spring loading is quite high tension, and so there is a real potential for injury here if your finger were to get pinched in the opening, and there should be more warnings or ideally better finishing on the product. I intend to sand it down a bit with a Dremel.

The cable is extremely short and is not long enough for my standard-height garage beams. It also doesn’t come with any sort of mounting hardware. For the money I spent at Home Depot to make this work in my house, I could’ve just bought a better pulley and a longer cable to make this better from the beginning. This is “great” for someone that doesn’t know better. Anyone with a little mechanical knowledge on how-stuff-works can make a better version for less money.

So far so good. Have not loaded it with more than 50 lbs but that was plenty and I’m a big strong guy. The pulley is super quiet and the carabiners are decent quality but these can be easily and cheaply upgraded.I’ve also changed my configuration a bit, adding a coiled swing hook to lessen some of the direct load on my joist. Everything seems extremely solid.I’ve purchased a second set to be able to add cable crossovers to my home gym. Next, I’ll be adding a floor anchor so that I can incorporate cable bicep curls. For the price, this is a must have for your home gym as we try to maintain fitness levels during COVID.

I was so excited to get this. We’ve been putting off getting an actual Lat Pull down machine. Unfortunately, after about 6 most of very intermittent use, it snapped while my son was using it as a Lat pull down. At most he used 115 lbs but mostly around 105 lbs. The day the cord snapped on him he said it almost took his thumb off. We really wanted this to work out. We ended up getting a lat machine low row. This is probably only good if you’re maybe going to use around 50 lbs

So far so good, honestly this pulley system is more than I expected. Comes with everything you need and feels solid, smooth pulley but I'm sure after time you will have to oil it like anything else everything needs maintenance. If I were to question any part of this item it would be the strap the pulley holds onto, I would guess this would be the first to fail but I've loaded 140 lbs and so far so good and even if it does they give you a chain you can use as well. I'm trying to figure out how I can buy another pulley and longer cable for leg kick backs or seated rows. I guess I'll reach out to the manifacture to see if I can place a special order. Long story short great product

So, I have very limited space for a weight room. I literally use my guest bedroom which still has a bed in there with most of my equipment being portable so that when guest stay over I can move all my weights out of the way to create open space for guest when they stay. That being said, my original desire was to order a small cable machine that unfortunately after scouring the internet, eBay, Amazon etc., was impossible to find because they were all sold out. I decided out of desperation to try this set up and glad that I did.As some other users have suggested, don’t let the fact that this looks like a crude setup discourage you from trying it. The movement and flow, to me anyways is just as smooth as at the gym. I don’t have the space for an Olympic squat rack (or barbell for that matter) so I’ve had to improvise in a number of ways to make my small space work for me. As you can see I have ordered 2 of these systems because I concentrate mostly on my lower body when I work out and like to have a variety of exercises for this. Being that I don’t have a squat rack, I bought iron pipe and fixtures to build a bar that I can utilize this system on. I obviously secured the bar on the studs in the wall and used the same height as what most squat racks are. For the lower pull-ups I had to put it off to the side a bit so I could get the appropriate range of motion for my legs (abduction/adduction, back kicks etc.). I just used a smaller bar on the bottom since I only really needed to anchor the lower pulley.I am very please with this system. My only complaint would be that when I use the lower pulley cable I constantly have to place it back on the track of the pulley being that it comes off typically after each use. That’s a small price to pay though considering I get a great workout with these pulley systems.

Wasn’t expecting too much out of this setup but it has proved to be invaluable. I recently screwed up my rotator cuff and have been using this for chest and back workouts for my unaffected side (one arm pull downs and a fly-press hybrid). Tricep pulldowns are great as advertised. I took back electric tape and wrapped everything at the bottom to secure plus prevent getting scraped. Super happy with all even if it were not to last more than a year but I expect it will be good for a long time.

Habs an meiner Klimmzugstange aufgehängt.

Excellent product. Moves smoothly and sets up easily. Seems solid for the weight, though have only tested at 60 lbs so far. I'm sure it could easily do at least twice that (just make sure you properly attach the Crosby clamps provided).

There have been no reviews for this product yet.
