We have been using this since February, 2025, and love it. We notice our mouth feels very clean and fresh, and it gets so much more food particles out than a string floss. The dentist noticed too, and remarked that my husband's gum health had improved. However, after seven months, we had trouble charging it because water repeatedly gets into the charging port. Then, it would run but no water would come out. The vacuum seal must have broken. I contacted the company and they couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They sent us a replacement which has a different end on the charging cable, which I think will last longer should water still get into the charging port. This one is also quieter than the first one. I would definitely recommend this product and this company. For the price, and effectiveness, you can't beat it!

Tienes que cargarlo antes de usarlo, y trae varias boquillas, tiene bastante potencia, tiene como 5 niveles, yo lo pongo en el 2 y ya es mas que suficiente, no tiene el deposito de agua muy grande y si te das bastante se agota rapido per va genial, pero cuidado al encenderlo porque el agua sale disparada y lo pone todo perdido, yo opte por meteme en la ducha...

I've been a buyer on Amazon for over 25 years and I have to say---the seller of this H20Floss is the best I've ever encountered! First off, the flosser is amazing! It works 10000x better than I expected--I really feel the cleanliness and freshness of my teeth after using it, much more so than regular floss--and it keeps its charge for nearly 3-4 weeks of twice daily use! This flosser also comes with a regular wall socket adapter so one can charge it easily in the wall rather than just via USB port!!! That is a VERY good thing! It charges in about 3-5 hours and after that, lasts for 3-4 weeks! WOW! It has several 'speeds' in which you can choose how strong you want the water floss to hit your teeth/gums and several different tips to reach in any area of your mouth! It even comes with a travel bag!!! :faints: And all for an incredibly unbeatable price!!!!! I truly can't say enough good things about this item--it works above and beyond what I expected and I expected a lot. :)Now, the customer service! After 6 months, I received a kind email from the seller (H20floss) asking how the product was and if I had any questions or needed any help with the flosser!!! That is amazing on its own---that the seller cared enough AFTER SIX MONTHS to contact me, to make sure all was well!! Have you EVER had a seller do that for you? WOW! I didn't really have any issues at the time, but about 2 months later, (8 months after purchase), the flosser started to have a MINOR problem in that the tips were a bit difficult to get to remain in the unit. I thought I had the tip in securely but it would fly up when I turned on the flosser and spurt water everywhere. It wasn't a HUGE issue, but a bit annoying and I'd have to then make SURE the tips were inside the unit's head super securely to make sure this didn't happen often. So I remembered that email the seller sent me a couple months back and replied, explaining the minor problem but also that I loved their product and its results on my teeth/gums! Instantly, I mean within hours, the seller replied asking some questions to clarify the issue and then when I explained a bit more, they offered a refund or replacement!!!!!! :faints: I clearly love the item so I opted for the replacement, which arrived in 24 HOURS! :faints again: Finally, just yesterday, the seller emailed again, letting me know the item was delivered safely and that they hope I was satisfied with their product and customer service aftercare!!! Oh boy, am I ever! I still can't believe how incredibly generous, fast and kind this seller is! They really stand behind their product--which is amazing in itself, truly one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon, or anywhere---and they really care about their customers! This was a purchase for my Teenage son to help reduce swelling on the gums because he has to uses braces. It worked, had second visit and the dentist said what every he is doing keep doing. This was the change. To he credit he read the instruction and used it accordingly. Hence with proper use it can help with food an flossing with your gums and teeth. Easy to charge, very little space on the counter, and great attachment to help with the cleaning. Very little sound and was not abrasive to his gums, which improved over the last 30 days. Also mention that was easy to get food out of the braces , which should help with less stains on the teeth. Great option.

This water flosser is great. Very easy to use and cleans teeth well. I got it for my kids who have braces. It’s hard for them to use regular dental floss, so we know they really don’t floss. So I got them this water flosser and they actually use it. And it cleans in between teeth and hard to reach back areas and where the braces are. They think it’s fun and don’t have to get their hands dirty, so they actually use it.It’s very ease to fill and clean the reservoir. This was importance to me, because I want my kids to actually use it. And keep it clean. The reservoir is big enough to fill once and clean their whole mouth. And after a few days, they clean the reservoir. Thy even provide a brush for easy cleaning.I thought it was going to be too big, but the kids hold it in their hand just fine. It comes with several different heads with different size tips so the jet can be finer if you want. It even comes with a travel case. And the battery lasts really long, so you don’t need to charge it all the time. It seems to go all week without charging. Probably longer.Overall, very happy with the purchase. Very affordable.

It worked great for the first 9 months and then it stopped working with no warning. Considering the price I paid for it, I think it was worth it. It came with all kinds of attachments and it definitely applied plenty of pressure to rid food. I just wish it would have given some warning it was going bad. I became dependent on having a water flosser but then had to go without for a few days because I had to reorder another one.
