08-03-2026I followed the directions exactly. Well actually, I boiled it for a little less time, because 90 sec seemed like a lot. Every other boil-and-bite mouthguard I've ever had (and there have been a lot) required 60 sec or less. When I put it in my mouth and bit down to form the mold, the whole thing was melted and overly soft. After cooling it looks like a crayon left on a hot stove – and definitely does not fit in my mouth. I tried re-boiling (as per the instructions), to no avail. Had to throw it out. Total waste of money.
