My hair isn't thick or thin, it's about in-between the 2. However, it is straight as a board and refuses to much of a curl. I can't explain how much I love this product in words. I love this so much that I want to jump up and down like a little girl. I will continue to purchase this product over and over. I have used this on dry and wet hair. The best way, on my hair, to use this product is damp. If you use it on dry hair it can be a little stinky and hard to comb through. If you use it on wet hair the braids are still wet when you wake up. I used it last night on hair that was dry but I sprayed it with a little water to get moisture back in it. I also don't like the braided/crimp look, so I twist my hair all the way around my crown. Of course, the tighter your twist/braid, the tighter your curls will be. Also I used about 3 pumps on my hair from root to end. You really don't need as much as you think. It also does what it says it will, NO FRIZZ. That's the best part! I just love the way it make my hair look and feel. The curls also stay in for days without falling out too much. That's a huge deal on it's own for hair like mine. If I curl my hair it usually falls out in a few hours or less. This is by far the BEST product on the market for the intended purchase.Update: I already have to update my review and I've only had it for a week. I cannot stress how much I love this product. It really is magic in a bottle. I added more photos showing my process. I twist my hair on the sides on my head. The photos with the mirror shows what it looks like right after I take out the twists. The next 2 photos show how it looks when I'm done combing them out and they settle a little. They settle and do NOT fall out of my hair and last for 2 days. I don't even have to hairspray them. This product is so amazing that it make me look like I have naturally curly and beautiful hair. I cannot get over it.

Worked well..smell itself wasn't to bad..but it was very strong

It does what it's supposed to do, it made my hair stronger and frizz-free while maintaining the heatless waves all day. It smells really good, is easy to apply, and makes braiding a lot better. However, it COMPLETELY dried out my hair. After the several times I've used it, at the end of the day it was brittle and very dehydrated and so I had to wash after every use. So, if you're looking for something to use on occasion, then this is good. But if you want something for everyday use, don't buy this.

This cream works great for braiding. It helps smooth out the hair and gives just the right amount of hold without making it feel greasy or stiff. It keeps flyaways down and makes the braids look neat and clean. It also smells really nice and keeps the hair soft. Whether I am doing simple styles or more detailed braids, this cream makes the whole process easier and faster.

I love this product! I just randomly came across it and decided to try it and I will never braid or twist my hair with out it. My hair is super thin and brittle and breaks easily which causes me to have so many flyaways. This helps hold down all my fly sways and makes my braids and twists smooth. I was worried about the scent since I am sensitive to strong smells but this did not bother me. My husband says it looks like I have gel in my hair or my hair is wet but it’s softer than actual gel. It doesn’t make my hair oily. When I let the braids out my hair is wavy and still nice enough to wear after.
