08-03-2026Way too small. I wear a size 8.5 shoe (mens) and the socks claim to be size 6-12. Yes, they will stretch, but they are very uncomfortable. Also, very thin.Donated to Goodwill.

08-03-2026The males in my household go through socks like crazy. I have been on the hunt for some good ones. Often they are a tight fit for their wide feet, or they get all stretched out after one wear and washing. So far these socks seem very durable to wear. Another issue is sizing. It seems often a 6-12 fit is just huge for someone with even a 10.5 foot. These are nicely sized. They are soft, comfortable and good quality. I hate how expensive socks can be, but for the quality I think these are very reasonable prices.

08-03-2026Not all Hanes X-temp socks are the same. I bought 12 pairs of these socks a couple of years ago. They were awesome. Good fit. Well-made and comfortable. Unfortunately, this package of 12 is a different quality. Much too tight at the top and a smaller fold and seam. Thinner material, too. These socks don’t feel like they will hold up. Not what I expected from Hanes, the brand and the socks.

08-03-2026These arrived day before hottest day this year so I gave them the acid test right out of the box and they did not disappoint!I was specifically looking for a light weight sock for my work shoes as I do a lot of walking. I stayed cooler than normal by not having my feet roast on a 90 degree day... very pleased.I was a bit shocked about how small the sock is I thought these were boys socks .They stretch well as in a compression socks so they are bit confining but this doesn't bother me it might for you. I have size 9.5feet .As others have mentioned these are very thin material and may wear out fast but I don't want thick socks for summer.If you have size 10-12 feet go a size larger if available..
