The good ; Easy set up - wireless and cordless made it even easier and portable. Battery life is pretty good so far especially charging via solar. The weather hasn’t killed it yet .I always appreciate Reolink a non-subscription vibes and fairly user-friendly app.The quality of this camera is good ( improved compared to my others) love the 360 view, two way talk, and night vision. My mid-opinion ; It still takes a little bit of time for the app to load and start streaming especially directly after a notification but it’s gotten better since my older cameras. The fancy new features on the app with this camera are nice ( example, moving previews in playback ) but they don’t feel necessary I’d prefer other nifty things. The DOWNSIDES or cons ; battery powered cameras can’t “pre-record” which I love about my C1pro. I feel these don’t detect “early enough” otherwise. Its detection is a sad from what I’m use to with my older reolinks. Its interface /settings for cars and people is amazingly detailed but fairly useless if it won’t detect early enough or “see” any other objects. There was a roaring bonfire in-view and C1pro noticed it with 50% sensitivity but this one didn’t detect any movement at 100% sensitivity and restrictions off. I used my 18lb cat as a tester for movement and it didn’t see it so I assume if someone crawls slowly towards my house this camera won’t notice a thing :/.Granted, less detection equals more battery but I’d like to see if my cat ( or other animals) passes by the camera about 5ft - 10ft away or be notified if there’s a massive fire 200ft away. I’ve tried a few different angles and heights but it’s pretty oblivious to anything outside a suburban type yard/driveway.I did buy a second one (renewed) because it’s the best bang for the buck for what I like so it’s what I’m upgrading to…Hopefully renewed one works just as good as this one.
Reliable solar powered wifi camera. The solar panel keeps the battery charged through the darker winter months. Occasionally in sub zero temperatures the pan feature stops working (may be because of ice or snow), but function returns within a day or two. I cannot physically access the device in winter to remove ice as it is too remote. Works well enough for this latitude where there is lots of snow, and weather consistently sub zero from December to March.
Easy to set up, and great picture quality
We've owned a few solar IP cameras but they have always been unreliable with terrible software. However, this one is quite reliable with very good software.Installation is simple and streamlined. The battery is built into the camera housing and not the solar panel as our previous cameras which is nice because you can essentially use it as a portable camera or you can simply plug it in via USB-C instead of using the solar panel. Not sure if the batteries are replaceable. If not, I would definitely take off a star. The motion detection works very well and is able to track people, car, and animals as they move and then it will return to it's initial position. It has the option to turn off LED's for more stealthy surveillance. The recordings can easily (and even automatically) be downloaded wirelessly from the camera's SD card to your computer so no need to pay extra for cloud services. There are many configuration options for scheduling recordings and can be configured to "sweep" the perimeter. You can exclude certain areas from motion detection and you can adjust the size threshold of the objects you want to trigger detection. This was on sale for $119.99 which is a very good value for what it's capable of.
Incredibly simple setup. Beautifully designed user interfaces for both Win 11 and Android. Couple that to well thought out accessories for mounting the camera and a really solid camera. The image quality is excellent.I have the camera about 30 ft from my WIFI access point and separated from it by two walls. There is sufficient signal that I am getting perfect functionality. The solar panel seems to be working, but only time will tell if there is enough sunlight during a New England Winter to keep the battery charged. This makes me want to replace my other cameras with Reolink. This camera is not natively compatible with Homeassistant. It can work with Homeassistant using the Reolink Home Hub and the Reolink, Homeassistant integration.
افضل كاميرا من ناحيه البرمجه و استقرار الاداء و عيبها الوحيد ضعف الفريمات للقطات السريعه
Picture is very clear , the solar works brilliantly highly recommend
