This is a terrible product and I'm returning it. I bought it for my wife because she could not exercise following foot surgery. We used it twice, for less than an hour total and the screws starting coming off of it. You might think that it was because we didn't put it together correctly, but several of the parts came pre-assembled out of the box, including the legs, which started falling off when the screws came out. Again, it had barely been used but this still happened. I'm also annoyed that I have to take the parts I did assemble back apart just to put it back in the box for return. DO NOT BUY.

This makes life so much better for my disabled Vietnam Agent Orange Veteran. The booklet that comes with it tells of 10 exercises you can do but I say use your imagination! We are thinking of more each time we look at it. My hubby can't easily get to a gym, but this takes care of most of his upper body such as pecs, biceps, tri-ceps some of his lower extremities like his quadriceps and so much more. When you try to use equipment at the public gym people look at you with pity probably because of his chair. And the leg equipment at the gym is equipped with foot straps that don't tolerate his big wide 13 EEEE shoes. This equipment has ortho-pod slides that give him at least 2" excess toe to heal space and at least 1 1/2" excess width.Darn, I wish I would have seen this twenty years ago. We will recommend to all our friends especially the disabled.

My mother bought this whisky after a knee replacement as she's older and didn't want the fuss of the gym hustle. Closed minded me, "mom that's too little too give a workout smh... that's gone be a waste of money. " Uhhh now I use it more than she does! I sit back watching TV, playing my tablet or just relaxing... I don't mind the mindless TV because it's something to look at and next thing you know, 30 minutes have gone by. I once shamed the bands as well (yes, I'm now ashamed lolll). I use the bands as well as foot pedals and let's just say you can actually feel the burn in your muscles (over time). Working the foot pedals outward instead of waking motion, had me ready to ship the lil contraption back lolll but the burn in your thigh muscles is progress. Don't think the thing is too little too meet your needs or that it probably won't work because it will. Even my teenager enjoys it while watching TV... and let's be honest... they hate everything!! This was definitely a wonderful buy and simple to put together.

This machine is perfect for me. I am a senior citizen and have problems with other exercise equipment. This is great for exercising while sitting down and watching television. Highly recommend it. It was easy for me to put together.

I have quite a few physical limitations, this is light, sturdy, easy to assemble...and takes hardly any space at all! There were a few challenges putting it together, but straight forward directions help alot. All the parts are marked as to what goes where. I have it places so I can look outside at my hummingbird feeders and outside plants. Ya know...motivation! I look forward to this being a big help for knees and arms. It's not meant as any kind of cardio type workout. It's nice, gentle simple movement to keep grumpy bones from getting grumpier! This is an add on. The one part that partially holds on the right pedal, keeps coming off. I'm trying to figure out a way to keep it on. Personally, I don't think the screws are long enough that with the back and forth motions loosens the piece. I'm pretty creative, I'll get it to stay on

I like it I use it while watching TV , the only worry is the cords rubbing on the pulley they are a little frazzled, i work my legs, knees, arms , I have arthritis and I can go at my own pace. Was able to put it together myself just needed someone to tighten the screws.
