Worst product ever never go for it . No replacement and no exchange total waste of money

it is not a fitbit so starting it to work took a bit of time. Would pair but not connect. I found out that the watch and the app has different version of software. Once I downloaded that to the watch it worked perfectly. It did not tell me the different versions. I got some help from a techie. Other than that, it is very nice. Looks good. Works great. Tracks several things. If you want the battery to last longer, you have to change the heartbeat tracking. The default tracks it continuously draining battery life.

My husband bought this for me as a birthday gift, I absolutely love it. Its beautiful!It does take some time to set it up but I've only had to sync it once and haven't had any issues since. It does have to be charged daily. I have my charger in my bathroom. I plug it right before bed and put it on when I wake up. I have no issues during the day with the battery!

I gave this as a gift and its great i must say! Fossil is a great brand itself but this product is just amazing and the battery life is also satisfying. Plus the look of the watch is the best.

I really like this watch, but I do have a complaint. The watch will disconnect from my phone several times and sometimes takes forever to connect again. Phone will show connected (paired) watch says no. I don't recommend the blush color band either. It was dirty with the first wear and had only gotten worse. I will need to buy a different one. Also, if you have a step counter on it, beware of the disconnection issue. Wore it on a 45 min walk, checked step counter when I got home and it showed zero. Overall it's a great buy and does everything I hoped it would.

Battery life sucks. Full charged at 7AM by 4PM it’s at 20% even with battery savings and always display off. Constantly disconnecting from phone. It doesn’t read accurate steps. It was easy to setup and easy to use. Quality was so, so. I’d recommend getting the Garmin smartwatches instead way better invest there.I didn’t keep this item. I have it a few days and just didn’t like it. I requested a return and it’s been an issue from the start. This particular seller is really weird. I requested the return on 5/13 and get a message 5/15 saying not to use Amazon’s return shipping label because the address is wrong and it’s expensive to use and that they’ll deduct from my refund if I use the Amazon return label. Which makes no sense. Then stated that I use either their label or they’ll issue me a 10% refund immediately and I can keep it. I quickly reported them and had to contact Amazon customer service. I definitely won’t be buying from this seller again. The whole situation didn’t sit right with me and has never happened since I’ve used Amazon. From now on I’m only ordering from things that are shipped directly from Amazon.

I was planning on buying a smartwatch since a long time. It was only when I came across the Fossil Gen 4 that it fit all my requirements - Activity Tracker, GPS, Quick access, water proof and most of all budget friendly. Ever since i purchased this smart watch a lot of things have become convenient and even more accessible.I am someone who is always caught up in a hectic work schedule while being a little forgetful. It has enough memory for me to download third party apps for to keep my water in take in check, take meals on time, track my sleep and even wake me up on time. I can actually say that this smartwatch has helped be bring about a routine and at least try to strike a balance between my over worked office life and me time while being healthy.

I love the look and interface. The watch itself is awesome. The magnetic band, which I thought I would love, gets magnetized to the metal tables and desks at work all day long which loosens it from my wrist. I spend so much time fiddling with my watch band to get it tight on my wrist it gets irritating. (my fault for not realizing, but forewarning for those who haven't thought about it...) Besides that, I love my watch. This is the second Fossil watch I've owned. It connects so easily to my phone. Often times I get notified on my watch before my phone that someone is calling or texting me, which is great since it gives me a head start to find it lol. Being able to change my watch face is entertaining and I like that there is a seasonal option.

I've had my watch for about 8 months and I wear it all day and night, except when it's charging.The watch itself is fantastic. I've submerged it in a creek while crossing on a hike and it was perfectly fine.The battery life is great as long as you don't have the screen turned to "always on". It charges very quickly which is a plus!The watch band is HORRIBLE. It gets dirty within a week of purchase. Within a month of regular wear, the leather glued onto the silicone band starts coming off. I actually had to peel the leather off at one point because it looked so bad. A month after that ordeal, I noticed the silicone was starting to tear near the quick release latch. If you buy this watch, get a backup watch band. You'll need it.Sleep tracking isn't offered on this watch by default. If you download a third-party tracker though it works well. I use one nightly on my watch.The screen does scratch easily but I have not tried one of the screen protectors you can buy on Amazon. You may want to try one of those on yours.Mine is rose gold with rhinestones. The rhinestones look new, even after 8 months of wear. I was worried the stones would fall out but they look pretty secure!The middle button on my watch does seem to stick a little bit but it still functions properly.The watch performance is great compared to other watches in its class. Keep your software updated and only install apps you really need to maximize your battery life and processor speed.Tracking with Google Fit seems pretty accurate when I go hiking or jogging. Heart rate monitoring also works well.Overall, I don't regret buying this watch. My only real complaint is the watch band. Hopefully Fossil improves the band on future watches.
