Absolutely loved this little machine. It is potable and easy to carry and extremely quick and easy to use. I printed my wedding favour stickers for 400 favour boxes. You can have various sticker sizes but absolutely love the quality of the stickers too. Would’ve loved some colour but I guess colour could be sorted by using coloured label paper too. Would highly recommend! Was much cheaper than purchasing stickers.

You have to pay $30 a year for full access to the app. It's a wonderful thermal label maker. I use it almost every day. Be careful with the very small thin lettering, because it doesn't print very clean. The battery life is amazing.

This is amazing at first I was nervous because the free paper roll comes preloaded, so I was worried when I didn't see a roll in the package! I opened it, which is super easy to do...I won't lie I did not read the instructions( I rarely do if a product just makes sense) I took off the protective tape and fed the first sheet through. The connection was seamless and it works with my USB-C charger...I'm not recommending you charge it like your phone, but again I do what I want and it was convenient in the moment, BUT it came fully charged so I just was testing to ensure any Usb-C cord would work in a tight moment. I will advise that the free roll is small and the dimensions are 1.57x1.18inch or 40 x 30mm, those conversions have been getting me on my search for colorful shiny printer paper! They do have a website that allows you to search better for the papers that are compatible with your printer. I'm using mine for my small business and it's given me a boost of life to hold this pink little sturdy printer in my hands. It solidifies my identity as Creator! Thank you and I definitely recommend this device, the app is called Print Master on the play store. I installed it before it arrived and made a few designs on there which was what made me aware of even more different paper options, but I am unable to locate those designs on Amazon. It is definitely quiet and quick, the Bluetooth pairing was seamless and the printer displays it's ID so when you input your model, you don't have to go searching tiny stickers for secret codes. This means this brand is very user friendly and offers you and even wider range for what will work for the printer. I do still intend to shop from the direct site, but in a penny pinch, you can definitely grab the labels 2"x2" if that's what you need! I am in LOVE with my little pink printer!

The printer works well and is easy to use, but the labels fade in sunlight. I've had to make many labels over again several times. I label my plant pots with the name and date of purchase, but so many labels have faded completely and I've lost the specifications. I like it, but it would be better if the labels were made such that the print doesn't fade.

***** I am updating this to a 3 star. Customer service responded to me and I can still use some of the features without a subscription. Many of the borders I used regularly are no longer available to me though.**** I bought this label maker in December 2023 to spice up my homemade creations. It was easy to use and I liked it. The only issue was if I printed multiple labels, the printing started to fade. No problem, I just printed a couple at a time. Now, today, I wanted to start printing labels for this years Christmas gifts. In order to do that, I now have to subscribe to the printing app for either $6.99/month or $29.99/year. No, no thank you. I already overpaid for the label maker, but I just had to have it. I have to pay a pretty steep price for labels and now this. I'm done. Throw that money down the drain!

I purchased this printer to print mini labels for stuff around my house and it works perfectly! The printer is super easy to use at home or for business and the app has great technical support. I had problems with my new phone and I contacted the technical support team and their response time and support was super quick and easy! The labels come out looking clean and well printed. I would definitely recommend this mini printer to anyone looking for a label printer.

This is an amazing label printer. Much better than other units I have used before, the software is a bit more intuitive and user friendly. One suggestion would be to refresh files/images in the directories automatically. Having to close the app, and then see the images I have downloaded recently is a bit of a pain, but it's a simple quick fix. This unit connects a lot faster than the other label printers I have, and prints pretty rapidly with little hesitation or connection issues.
