I love my iPhone, it works perfectly. It arrived swiftly.

I just received my iPhone 11 pro and here is my thoughts. First the good. Battery health is at 94%. Even though it’s not a certified Apple battery, it works very well and I get 5-8 hours of battery life. I am currently running IOS 26 public beta 5. And it works way better than I was expecting. The camera quality is outstanding and records in 4K 60 fps and looks professional. The brightness is amazing and is great for the outdoors. The price of the phone is super affordable and is great for a first cell phone. Overall this phone is superNow for the cons.I received my phone with a very deep scratch on the screen. The phones condition i would think would be good condition instead of excellent condition. The speaker had a lot of dirt in it. I did manage to clean it out and it’s very high quality.Final thoughts:If you are looking for a budget friendly phone that has a good camera, good battery life. And looks super cool. This phone is for you. Just be aware that you might receive it with some very minor imperfections.

Es la primera vez que compro un equipo reacondicionado y la verdad es que me sorprendió. En primer lugar, me gustaría recalcar su estética exterior, el equipo no tenía ni un sólo rasguño, rayadura o golpe; se sintió como si estuviéramos abriendo un teléfono totalmente nuevo. Traía un 85% de vida útil en su batería, algo que está bastante bien, sin embargo, esperaba un poco más de ello. Lo que más me gustó es que no trae ninguna pieza reemplazada o removida. Y hasta el momento, no presenta ninguna falla a nivel operativo, ya tengo casi 2 meses con él y sin lugar a duda lo recomiendo muchísimo. Denle una oportunidad a un equipo reacondicionado, te puedes llevar una sorpresa por un precio bastante bueno. Te lo recomiendo si es tu primer teléfono de esta marca y lo que quieres es quitarte la espinita de tener iPhone.

This phone was a last resort. I had a completely failed experience with another seller’s IPhone 11, and to be honest, I was extremely nervous when ordering this one. The reviews had been 50/50, so I had very little clue what I was going to get.The package arrived a day early, which was nice and unexpected. My phone was put into what seemed like a generic Android phone box, which, I’ll let you know damn near gave me a heart attack when I opened.Inside were a few things. An Amazon renewed card and one other thing I can’t remember- as well as the phone (obviously) and a charger and charging brick. Charger and charging brick are standard but the cable feels pretty nice and the brick is a good size. Standard plastic holder inside. Nothing more, nothing less. No complaints.For the actual phone, it was inside of a plastic zip bag. The bag itself was scratched up so it was difficult to see the phone inside until i took it out. The first thing I did when I took it out was inspect it for damage. I was completely ready to pack it back up and send it back- but I was pleasantly surprised.The phone had very little cosmetic damage, just some scratches on the frame (my case covers it anyways, so it doesn’t matter to me) and literally no screen damage- besides a little scratch on the upper right corner near the bezel. And you have to remember these phones are used, so I didn’t feel a need to dock a star for that, since you can only see the scratch when the screen is off and light is being reflected onto it. Overall, 9.5/10 for cosmetics.Then, the battery. My particular phone came with 80% battery health, which I personally don’t mind. I have the means to be able to get it replaced when the time comes, and to be honest was a relief after my last IPhone 11 from another seller had 100% battery health, just for it to be a non-Apple battery and cause all sorts of problems.Overall, I have no complaints with this phone. It’s in great condition in my book. Mic, speakers, cameras, haptics, everything (as far as I’ve been using it) has been in perfect order. Based on other reviews, whatever phone you get from this seller honestly depends on luck. It’s trivial, and that should never be the case, but if you can, I’d say take the risk. Worse case scenario you return it and get a full refund and try again.Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

I am giving this product NO STARS. I only gave it 1 start because I had to. When I purchased this phone, I got the statement when I turned it on that the screen was not a Apple screen product. The screen was made by some other company. I then had problems with the screen locking up. I searched online and learned that the iphone 11 Pro phone has screen problems. I should have returned it but didn't do it. The longer I had it, the more often it locked up. I though I only had 30 days warranty. I since learned that it had a 1 year warranty and I am out of the one year warranty, and now the phone locks up every time I use it, probably 10 to 15 times a day. The I phone 11 Pro model is a LEMON. Do not purchase it! I DID research online and found the I phone 13 didn't have problems with screen lockups. So I purchased an I phone 13 for my wife. No screen lockup problems! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PHONE! It will ONLY CAUSE YOU FRUSTRATION and GRIEF. I did all RECOMMENDED FIXES AND THEY DID NOT DO ANY GOOD! DO NOT PURCHASE!

Llego en excelentes condiciones, en estética le pongo 9.5 ya que tiene unas marchitas en la parte trasera, llego sin golpes, hasta con mica y la condición de la pila al 100% de capacidadLlevo una semana con él y no ha tenido problema algunoLlevo 4 meses con el teléfono y no me ha fallado, la condición de la batería aún no baja del 100%, ya la calibre y continúa igual, excelente compra, comprador recomendado, pediré otro en un futuro no muy lejano6 meses de uso y no ha fallado en nada, y la pila sigue al 100

works well. pay attention to accessories, as this phone is smaller than the other iphones.
