My doctor recommended trying this to help water retention and swelling in my ankle. I was skeptical, but she was right! The vibration was jarring at first (more intense than I expected), but after three days of use the swelling went down significantly. It also seems to help with recovery. I walked 4 miles then went to a dance event in the same day. Usually that would leave me sore and stiff, but with the vibration plate I felt fine! Also, if you're on the fence about the mini being big enough, it probably is. My husband is six feet tall and it's plenty wide and sturdy enough for him.

I bought if for my mum, the adapter is missing / not included. The seller should at least mention in the product description that it is an US(?) power plug and recommend an adapter for the EU countries.

I’m 78 years old and am not only 6 mos after major surgery but also have inflammatory disease. I still have decent muscle toning and I have been able to use this wavermini! I have already reaped the benefit from using it of getting my upper back rib pain turned off after using twice. It has helped me to feel better and the wavermini is easy to use, although I’m just using the lowest setting I’m having no problem staying on the machine and I have a place to hold on for my security. I’m just a beginner and really love the way it makes my legs feel better. A great machine as it does help inflammation!

I was surprised upon receiving this how substantial it was. Being the mini model, I was expecting a crowded little thing. This is a rather large and very solid and sturdy platform. I've just started using it, but balance on it was no problem at all. It has several different modes and levels. I started at the lowest, and by the end of the programmed workout, I was feeling like my teeth were rattling and my whole body was going to keep vibrating even after it stopped. However, once the workout was over, I did notice that my legs felt better. Looking forward to continuing the programs.

We bought this due to circulation for legs and balance. We’re so happy with the life pro vibration plate due to value, sturdiness and performance. Very easy to use and made well. Thank you life pro for making this available.

This product honestly looks like a complete joke on the product's page (I actually find it laughable) however, I have noticed a significant difference since I began using this a few months ago. I have been using this product in the morning after I wake up. I usually stand on it for no longer than 15 minutes and occasionally will hold a plank/do "push ups" while this product is vibrating. Just standing on this product for around 5 minutes always wakes me up and helps me feel energized for the day. I can honestly say that I feel much less groggy throughout the day because of this machine. The vibration also seems to help my lower back pain. The machine has many different levels of vibration and allows you to set a timer. This vibration plate is sturdy and stable. No tipping. This machine is also very quiet, regardless of the setting. The only thing I am not a fan of is that the transition from 1 mode to the other is not smooth and is not able to transition with the remote. It requires me to step off the machine and navigate the buttons on the machine to change modes. The speed will adjust with the remote but is delayed… it’s not a quick transition.I have only used it for short workouts for a week so far.

The only thing is that i have to give review in order to register for warranty. I didn’t like that

Seems easy to use and works effectively.I am using it to improve my bone density and improve the appearance of cellulite.My husband has joint issues and wants to improve balance so we will both use it.
