While it's true you may not get the resistance you think you're getting depending on how far you stretch the band, this bow works exactly how I needed it to, to be used for my strengthening routine. Just wish it came with more than 100 pounds of resistance.
Haven’t done much with the product yet, but first impression- they provide zero information in the product package. I had to learn everything about it by going back to the amazon description after it arrived. Examples: What are the resistance weights of each band? Found on amazon, not with the product. What’s the black Velcro strap for? Found on amazon questions, not with the product. Can you use more than 2 bands at once? How? Found in Amazon reviews, not with the product. It seems sturdy and simple enough to use, but the lack of basic information seems like poor public relations.
I travel a lot. Occasionally I order these bars to my hotel and end up leaving them behind. It's easier and cheaper than going to a gym. This particular one is a bit more lightweight than others. Just so buyers know. It's still good quality but it's a bit lighter and less robust. The bands are exactly the same as far I can tell.
Very well made but the bands don't have a very high resistance in my opinion. It does work as advertised
A easy go-to home exercise solution, the only thing I am not satisfied is that the maximum is 100lb, it is not enough when you're doing some short range exercise, it will be great if the manufacturer could see some band seperately
At the price, I didn't have much in the way of expectations... it was a rather spontaneous purchase and I had doubts up until the point I started using the thing. Over the course of a couple weeks, I'm now in love with it.I have shoulder issues and other joint problems. With all four bands in place, I have a thing I do where I put the bands across my shoulder blades and push forward and hold. It's like doing a pushup, only without the extra weight. I can hold this position for a lot longer than I can do a plank, which means equivalent work with reduced stress. I have trouble working out because my condition makes recovery challenging, so I need to do exercises more oriented to the chronically ill and aged. This makes that possible. Also, the build quality is pretty stout and impressive, and it comes with a nice quality diagram of exercises. I also purchased separately a velcro wrap that holds the bands together while using the bow, which you could do with a piece of... anything... but it is nice to have.
It came with all the necessary items
Design makes it easy to get around you, but also suffers from resistance. Bought it hopeful it would be good for travel (by car, wouldn't make it through airport security - try explaing that to them). Not enough resistance to be used as advertised.
I really like this workout bow. It's great for a quick workout or if you have limited space. The bands offer up to 100lbs of resistance if you are using all of them. It's quality construction, I've used it off and on since I bought it and it's still working great. You can do a variety of exercises and it will get your heart rate up and some sweat going. So, if you have limited space and need a compact workout system, I'd recommend this. It's not going to be a powerlifter kind of exercise but it will give you a good workout.
OK - so I'm a lifelong gym rat that of course hasn't been able to go for awhile, thanks to quarantine.I've now had the Synergee Resistance Bow for 1 week, and I'm so far impressed! It's a wonderfully solid construction. I love the foam in the center piece - good for squats. The price is much more reasonable than Gorilla Bow, and it's adaptable to so many exercises!!Note: it comes in three pieces, and I'm not bothering to take it apart at all. (One of the sides was a bit tough to fit together - but once it clicked, all was fine.)If I were to nitpick at all, it would be that a *slightly* lighter bow would've been preferable. On the flip side, I'm working out here... so weight is ultimately good!! :)I tend towards always having buyer's remorse, and waffled between many bows before buying this one. But so far... I'm very satisfied!
This bow allows me to get the exercise I want. I'm starting with 10 lb resistance since I'm not much of an exerciser. I do at least 5 different exercises with it daily ( about 10 min). I may work up to more resistance since 4 bands were provided. It serves my purpose and will for those of you who like more of a workout.
Nothing beats real weights, iron plate and metal bars. I wish we have the option to buy the resistance bands separately because the ones that comes with it doesn't offer much resistance. Might as well do body weight training while I try to budget money to get the heavier resistance bands.
