I Like this unit a lot. I mainly use this for grading block cheese for my home made pizza. I find it taste better compared to already shredded package cheese. My food processor runs too fast to shred properly. This attachment on my Kitchen aide mixer allows slow speeds that work best. I hand wash the blades and housing. It is fast and easy to clean.All in all I like this unit and it is well worth a full 5 stars.

I have pasta roller and cutter attachments for my KitchenAid mixer that I got sometime ago. We have been into a diet plan recently and so this new attachment looked very useful for helping make salad. So, we bought it. We have already used it a handful of times in the past several days and this attachment works great. The main attachment goes into the machine and then the cutter, slicer, grater blades go into the attachment. All these blades work great right now because they are new at this time. However, the overall quality of steel and finishing looks great, so they should keep working nicely for at least a couple of years. Salad making gets much easier with this attachment and we are happy with the purchase. Highly recommended. Decent price (we paid $51) considering the overall usage and value that we get.

This fit and works as described. I love being able to use it to grate cheese. Just have to cut the block to fit.

Pour le prix, je trouve que cela vaut vraiment la peine de payer moins cher et avoir aussi bien! Le vendeur précise de ne pas laver les pièces au lave-vaisselle. Pour ma part, je le fais sans problème mais dans le panier supérieur. Comme vous pouvez le constater dans ma vidéo, ces accessoires fonctionnent vraiment bien comme ils se doivent et nous avons pu concocter une belle salade. Je l'ai utilisé aussi afin de me déshydrater des légumes (coupes minces). Tout est parfaitement compatible et utile pour rapper le fromage, faire de belles slices de tout ce dont vous avez envie, rapper les carottes, etc. Bien entendu, comme n'importe quel robot slicer, si vous voulez slicer des produits juteux, cela va altérer l'aspect de ceux-ci. Je ne vous conseille donc pas de le faire. Très satisfaite de mon achat!

I was skeptical that this would be a good buy, but we love it. My kids love helping me shred cheese it makes the process so easy. Super easy to clean.

The white parts will stain but otherwise this product is great and makes slicing, shredding etc so much easier.

A great attachment for kitchen aid. I loved these I was looking to buy them for my mil. The kitchen aid ones were expensive and sold out so I got these form AmazonAnd I have no regrets. We sliced. Shredder is good we did cheese and cucumbers and they were great. The cleaning is easy no rusting until nowVery easy to use. The design is good. The storing is a breeze.

So I have this thing with with cabbage, it's messy, it's hard to deal with, it's hard to clean up, and it's annoying. However I want to eat it. The purple cabbage gets purple all over my counters. And I'd like it shredded small for coleslaw which is a pain.I told you I had problems but no more. I'd been looking for a device to help with this problem and while this product was not very expensive, I took my chances and I'm so glad I did.It even made a believer out of,my mother. Which was a feet all of it's own.So these are the things I like the most, it's simple. It's easy to get out, it's easy to put together. It's also very quick, it does the job and it's easy to clean. Now it could be a bit sturdier but I'm giving it a perfect review because I bought a cost saving product, and it more than does it's job. It only specializes in fine shredding and I'm okay with that as well.So all that to tell you...It's quick and easy and effective. BUY IT and make some coleslaw. Add a carrot for color. Then slice up the finest cucumbers you'll ever eat. I love it and you will too!
