08-03-2026Received my ankle bracelet, I am pleased with the way it looks, HOWEVER, it arrived knotted together instead of open, how am I supposed to get it on????? I couldn't even use it as a regular bracelet as it is, it would never fit over my hand, let alone my foot!!!I don't want a refund, I don't want to send it back, I JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW TO "OPEN" IT SO I CAN WEAR IT!!!!!Please reply asap so I can start wearing it!It also came with NO paperwork. Not pleased with no "instructions!"

Puse la comparación de pulseras que acabo de adquirir por $50 c/u, o sea, por $100 adquirí dos pulseras con más trabajo artesanal y mejor vista.Terrible compra, no la recomiendo en absoluto.

08-03-2026My 10 1/2 year old loves it. She says she finds herself tightening the strap from time to time but it doesn't loosen enough for it to fall off. She hasn't taken it off in a week and is holding up well to water and a very busy kid. Definitely recommend.
