08-03-2026I just reported that this is advertised as having 10.1 oz., but the bottle says it's 8 oz. It doesn’t really matter to anyone else what I think of it, because I have no way of knowing how it would work on other people’s hair. I can report that it has a lightly floral, inoffensive (to me) scent, It does not clump, get sticky, or get stiff. A little goes a long way. I have thick wavy hair that curls in humidity (which I like) but also gets fuzzy (which I don’t like) in humidity. It helps with the fuzz factor. My hair is more “fly away” without this product.

It leaves my hair shiny with the perfect control and no crunchiness (unless I overuse).The reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is that the old, salon-only formula was more concentrated. It was thicker and I only needed a dollop to cover my whole head. My old bottle lasted almost a year of daily use. And I have thick hair. Now I need at least twice as much to get the same results. It would be ok if the price reflected this loss of quality, but it doesn't. I'll definitely be on the lookout for old stock.

08-03-2026With the quantity of curly/wavy hair products out there and varying reviews, picking a product can be confusing. I decided to go by the top reviews on Amazon, and this one was number one on the day I did a search. This is the only style product I use. I prefer a quick and simple routine rather than layering 2-3 styling products. This product has made a huge improvement compared to any gel, mousse, or beach spray that I’ve tried. I have just below chin length, highlighted, fine to medium type 2-3B waves. I apply about 1 tsp to dripping wet hair, scrunch and plop into a microfiber towel. Then I mostly air dry, followed by 2 minutes diffuser if I’m off to work.
