I was very impressed with the size and quality. We did get a defective product (didn't light), but they immediately replaced it without issue. My son didn't even realize it was gone, they sent a new one so fast. Beautiful light up shark stays lit 15 min and automatically shuts off. Doesn't get hot, soft and plushy with a velcro belly for batteries. I use dollar tree batteries and they last a long time. Customer service was wonderful and fast. I recommend it.

Really soft and well-made product! The lights are gorgeous colours and transition smoothly from colour to colour. Has been instrumental in teaching my son to sleep with the light out. A really beautiful product!

(Bought with hubby's account.)Got this for one of my toddler twins since they recently started getting scared of the dark and wouldn't sleep a full night in their room. He LOVES his penguin and takes him everywhere, but now after less than a month, the wiring has disconnected/frayed somewhere inside and only occasionally lights up. I tried putting new batteries in, but it still doesn't light up consistently. You have to click a bunch of times or try to wiggle the wiring inside and try the button again, but that's still not guaranteed to work. Disappointing to hear your two year old say "Penguin no working" in such a sad voice. I'm not electrically inclined or I might try to open him up and find the fault, but I'm not sewing inclined either, so he'd be an awful mess after I got done if I did that; what two year old wants a Frankenstein penguin?I also thought the lights were REALLY bright on this penguin, it lights up their bed so much we use it to read bedtime books instead of a flashlight! If it were a little on the dimmer side it would be better so it's not too bright keeping little ones more awake at bedtime or when they awaken in the middle of the night.**Update: Since it was still in warranty, I returned it and received a new unit the following day after sending the faulty unit. Son is happy again. Will update again if there are any issues with this second penguin.**

My 5 year old has nightmares so we got her this nightmare bunny. Have a nightmare turn bunny on...nightmares disappear. Now I have a nightmare, the bunny stopped working. Lasted 7 months. Changed batteries a few times now dead. Ordering another now, $19 every 7 months to keep her In bed is a value for us. I say yes to this bunny hunny.

This was such an adorable gift for my three year old nephew. He has been into sharks since his parents took him to the Aquarium. When I gave him this stuffed shark that lights up, his little eyes were sparly with excitement.

Great product for your little one. Bright lights and soft. Down fall is she got it for Christmas and now the lights do not work. Very upsetting to see her cry over it. May have to buy a new one.

*5 month update* We have to replace the batteries about every 6-7 weeks or so, and now it has stopped working and won’t turn on even with fresh batteries.The light-up dolphin is a little brighter than I was expecting, but my little girl loves it. She loves all things fluffy and rainbow, and with the color-changing lights, this fits the bill. The auto time-off is a handy feature, and the on/off button on the tail is easy to find in the dark. She's used it daily for about a month now, so I can't yet speak for the longevity, but so far so good!
