This is one of the most awkward feeling workout benches. I do not mean this in a disrespectful way AT ALL, I love all my P.O.C. But this is made for Asians or people who are naturally shorter. Im 5'4..147lbs, I didn't feel comfortable on this bench working out.I did appreciate that its light in weight, so u can move it around with no help and that it folds. I mean you get what you pay for, I guess I was just expecting more.

I ordered this workout bench in order enhance my workouts. I already own several free weights. I knew they would complement this bench wonderfully.Assembly was stress-free and completed in minutes. Then I got on it and tried it out. It was very sturdy, and adjusting the bench was unbelievably easy. The bench also had nice cushioning, ensuring comfort.Having assured myself of its sturdiness and safety, I brought out my free weights and did a workout... with great success!I used it almost every day when I first got it. It was so fun to use that I looked forward to each workout session, which is not my norm.The bench, combined with free weights, additional accessories for resistance and Fitify [my preferred workout app], I was able to achieve stellar results.

This is one nice bench! It has the bench curl stand and adjustable incline bench for many different exercise variations. Highly recommend!

O equipamento é de qualidade porém o assento do banco é um pouco afastado dos roletes onde põe as pernas, talvez por causa do padrão corporal do país fabricante, recomendo atenção quanto a isso, as almofadas. Os roletes são pequenos na largura e grossura fazendo com que as pernas e pés saiam do lugar, tive que comprar outros.

Mostly functional and very sturdy. We have had this over a year and the only issue that we have is the lower leg bar. When lifting weights up with ankles the padding is not comfortable and starts to roll off the bar, also feels like a rub burn on front on ankles. Something with a heavy duty vinyl would probably work better than the foam, its uncomfortable.

I hope this review is of help to someone who is interested in purchasing this adjustable Weight Bench. First of all I'm female 5'5", 212lbs, and not extremely zoftig but instead rather thin for my weight. I found a few things wrong with this item. Number one, the preacher curl pad is extremely small 12" x 6 1/2" which is small. When you place the back rest in a flat position you end up with a gap which is about 4" wide between the pad you sit on and the back rest that can be adjusted in the upper and lower position to do barbell lifts. There really isn't much support when you're lying down but instead a big gap from above your buttocks to the upper part of your back. That would be the 4" inch space. The leg curl bar is kind of small about 12 1/4" and when you place your feet under the bar they end up hitting the weights so it's impossible to even use the leg curl after weights have been attached. It seems no matter how much you tighten the bolt for lower leg curl it still swings up and down when it has been fastened tightly. You should be able to tighten it dead center. Basically it swings up and down no matter how tight the bolt is. There is no way the guy in the photo's is able to use this bench without them being doctored. This bench was molded to someone of Asian decent (Chinese) and usually they are very slim and could probably get away with using this bench. That said, I'm going to keep it and do the best I can with it but I would advise anyone who is interested in this bench to just bypass it even though the price seems right. Sadly I will have to have someone modify it (Re-welding) which will end up costing me money. Spend a little more maybe on a Weider Bench and get a brand that has been around for many years. You get what you pay for and this was a waste of money.

I purchased this bench mainly so I could do preacher curls, but use it for many more exercises. It is quick to adjust the bench portion, the one downside I found is that to adjust the front pad, you have to unscrew the upper leg assembly to raise and lower, which although not that difficult, I think that portion could have been designed better. It's well built, sturdy and comfortable. Assembly is very straightforward and took about 15-20 minutes. Footprint is not cumbersome and the fact that it folds up makes it even less so.

Great product for the price. Easy to setup and folds well for storage.
