Charging speed gets slow. Had this for about 1 year now, the lightning works fine but sometimes the USB-C stops working. Overall very convenient however, just doesn’t last long.

Retraction is good. Cable quality is descent but user needs to be careful of sudden hard pulls. All ports work as they should.

I love the convenience of having 3 separate charger types on 1 cord, and if you've never had a retractable power cord, it is a game-changer, especially if you are one who hates how it looks when cords are laying around. They are small, and great in the car or bathroom or another place where you have easy access to an outlet and want to be able to hide the cord away when not using, but pull it out for convenience when you need it. Can't give them 4 stars as they don't last forever...some last over a year and some don't. But a definite value for the money.
