Overall its a good product, husband uses it to train and workout, i use it sort of to strengthen my body and make me feel lighter.Pros-1. 100 lbs total spread over five areas of your body2. seems sturdy for all my husband does in it3. has stitching to increase sturdyness at weak points4. came fairly fast5. the metal weight bars didnt fall out while exercising6. simple to put on and use7.can adjust how much weight from completely empty up to 100lbs each bar at 1lb each(havent weighed them yet for accuracy but husband has it on max weight(max capacity two per insert)8.price isnt bad for what you get, youll spend double for less quality and less weight nearly anywhere else in store and on amazonCons/things i would improve1. instead of using a velcro patch to secure each piece i would make a latch/belt/hook of some sort to allow for tightening to smaller body parts, as i a grown woman at 155lb and 5'7" the ankle and wrist straps slide off of me but they fit well on my husband who is only slightly bigger but at 150lb and 5'9"2. can only fit two of the weight bars in each so once you get to the max poundage you will begin to plateau to some degree3. even on my husband the chest piece slides on his shoulders and flaps around his abdomen, so some option to make it fit a little more tightly to the body4. cant use on kids slides off5. i just dont like things that have velcro instead of proper harnessing/buttons/straps/belts/almost anything elsethe price id recommend to someone who is just coming into weight training

check and hand weights are good, but ankle weight are not in place when we were and start training. Had great expectations on the product, but slightly disappointed because of the ankle weight problem.

Great product that's lasted longer than expected.The vest and bands did not come with washing instructions so make sure you do your research. The only wear that has happened was putting the vest through the washing machine. Don't do this! Hand wash and air dry.

Ich habe die Weste erst kürzlich bestellt. Sie hat eine gute Passform, ist einfach mit den Gewichten zu befüllen und bringt den gewünschten Effekt nach dem Training. Alles Weitere wird sich während der weiteren Nutzung herausstellen. Aus meiner Sicht empfehlenswert.(Ich vermisse nur eine Waschanleitung für Weste, falls ich sie nicht irgendwo übersehen habe).

Did a weight check on each plate and they all weighed in at around 0.42 lbs which at 96 total plates = about 40 lbs and not the 45 lbs advertised. That matters to me, though it may not matter to you. I paid for a vest rated at 45 lbs because I wanted those 45 lbs. Another issue with this product is, again, a QC issue. The plates themselves are at least consistent in their mass, albeit less than advertised, but they were not cleaned up after casting and, as such, there are a lot of jagged edges on these plates which you really need to be careful with or you will definitely damage your vest when installing them. On that note, the metal coating that is on these plates also has a tendency to sort of tear which will create thin, sharp slivers of metal which, while easily removed, will also damage your vest and are even sharp enough to cut or stab you so be aware of that.Other than that, the vest seems comfortable enough for most purposes, though I have not tried it for running as I am not a runner. The overall quality of the vest itself seems a good value though the velcro on the pockets for the weights haven't been sewn in flush so there is an edge that you will often catch when trying to open a pocket to insert a plate and I am concerned that it may eventually start to wear the thread and break the velcro strips, but they have held so far. It does make them a bit of a pain to open, sometimes.So, yeah, it is a solid 3 stars from me, but only 3. Still, it is a fairly low priced vest, all things consider so you get what you pay for. I'd say it is worth the cost if the listed problems don't concern you too much. Having an adjustable weight vest is a real benefit for most any exercise regime. I just wish it were manufactured a little bit better for the price.
