best bag I have ever carried. I transfered everything from my old bag to this and still have lot sof unused space, and it feels lighter than my previous one, it well made I coudlnt be happier with this bag

I am an everyday user. I fill this bag with all kinds of production gear. I often carry a two full sized Anton Bauer batteries and much more. (5lbs each) As you can see in the picture, those color tags represent a fraction of the events I take this to working in television field production. It gets slung, hooked onto a TV cart by the straps and carried on my back for hands free shooting. I've been hiking with it which was its original purpose and it was great but it soon replaced my gear bad because it is so much more useful.Pro tip. Zipper all your zippers to one side of the bag. That evens out the stress across the entire line. Also, once you get used to it, you won't hunt for the zippers anymore and you can raise them with one hand.The pouch on the front is the best thing. If you're in a hurry being able to drop anything in there immediately is very valuable. Drop and just synching one side is enough to run with the back pack and nothing falls out. You will synch both, but one has worked out fine.Nothing lasts forever. But this bag looks the same since I bought it in November 2020. That's a new record for any back pack I have owned. The zippers are true. Nothing on the inside is ripped... yet. But I know how I work and something will eventually happen. So, I'm buying two more to keep ready because this one would be hard to replace with anything else.

My old backpack was falling apart after six or more years of use. I was going to buy the same backpack again but then saw this item and after some research decided to go with it. What I like and dislike are as follows:LIKES1. It is well made and sturdy. I travel extensively and need something that can be abused and not fall apart. This fits that bill.2. It has a unique feature that allows you to put a battery pack inside the backpack and has an external connection that I can plug into to charge my phone and tablet. Nice.3. It has a front panel that opens up that I can put my hard hat into. I used to have to carry my hard hat on the outside of the old backpack and it would not fit under the plane seats. This solves that.4. It has an absurd amount of storage space. It has two interior zippered sections plus the front panel section that I mentioned above, plus two zippered side pockets, two mesh sections for water bottles, and three zippered small storage compartments. One internal section has pockets with padding for two laptops, plus pockets for phones, battery packs and other items. The other internal section I use to store clothing, jackets and similar items.DISLIKES1. It's just too big for my needs. There is no way I can use all the storage space provided. And I don't need to carry two laptops. I would prefer less storage and a smaller backpack.I gave it four stars because it is just too big.

It’s a BIG backpack! Lots of space for everything I need. I travel on weekends and I can easily fit everything I need for 5-6 days on the road. Makes traveling way easier than lugging around a lap top backpack and a duffle bag. Zippered side pockets are super handy for cords and chargers. Open front is great to shove my rain coat in to get to it quick if I need.But wait, if I like it so much why am I leaving 2 stars?!The handle on the top of the backpack is completely falling off both of these bags I bought and I have only used it a handful of times.I can assure you I’m not overly rough on this handle although I do use it. It’s convenient putting it in and out of the truck.If someone can get in touch with me to replace these two defective bags I would give this product a 5 star review. I do like the bag, but I’m not gonna spend $60 every couple of months if the handle rips off of all of them as easy as it’s fallen off of these.

I want to review the outstanding customer support I received after my purchase. The first time I used my new backpack, I had an issue with one of the stitches pulling apart. I contacted customer services and could not have been happier with their quick response and positive experience. I sent in two pictures of the backpack and within two days a new one was in the mail and waiting for me when I returned from my trip. No charge and no hassle.Not every product is perfect. This backpack was as described and did the job. Spacious and many compartments to hold a variety of items.Highest recommendations not only for the product but the service and support after the sale.

Its a right size back pack for travel. Has good number of compartments to accomodate a variety of stuff. Just need to remember where you kept what, otherwise one may end up searching a lot of these compartments.The Quality of material used and the stitch quality is excellent. The zippers are also of excellent quality. It has a very fine and clean finish. Am extremely happy with this purchase and a good value for money spent.

Great backpack with tons of storage but the charger is a gimmick. Don't believe me? First off, it does not come with a charging pack, just the cord. With that being the case, why not just plug your phone directly into the charging pack (that you bought seperately). Second, most phone chargers are USB-C now so they won't work with this. That said, It is a good, durable backpack with lots of space. I used mine for university, and was able to fit textbooks, laptop, gym clothes, lunch, and my sweater with a substantial amount of room leftover. So if you're buying this because of the charger, done, but if you desire the extra space, snag it.

It's been a great backpack. Tons of room. Very durable. I have used it for work trips as well as weekend get aways and vacation. Have carried it to South Korea, Thailand, and several trips to Japan and back. Love all the pockets that seem to be placed very well. Great value for the money. I would recommend this backpack and would buy again if this one wears out.
