08-03-2026The system is just as the video shows. Only draw back is the resistance of the bands aren't enough to get a decent workout in. Had to rig up some bands from my husband's equipment to add more weight.

08-03-2026I wanted to start a little home gym because the fitness center at work has been closed all year due to covid and I don't want to pay for a membership. This kit was relatively cheap compared to most other similar products that I looked at. The bar is nice with the padding and because it can come apart. The board though came looking damaged and looked used too. The padding felt like it had many indents worked into it from someone's feet or from kneeling on it? Not super impressed with it looking used, but if it were new and not beat up, I think it would be just fine. It's made of metal which helps make it sturdy. I think I might have to use it a few more times to decide if I really like it or not.

08-03-2026So, I’m diving back into the workout world after 2 C-sections. I figured this would be an easy way to ease back in. I was right!! Very versatile, I can pack it up and take it to work with me! Absolutely love it. I’m 5’1. If you’re short be ready for some serious resistance right away as Thats the only way to get a good workout with it. Haven’t used the bar yet. Definitely recommend
