08-03-2026HANES Men's 3X BLK/GRN 100% Cotton Flannel Pajamas - 0140/0140X.These flannel pajamas are nice, but the shirt fit is a bit snug, and does not allow a little extra material for someone who is in between sizes. This is a good reason to order at least one size larger than normal. They haven't been through a wash, so I do not know about possible shrinkage yet. Next time, I may have to order a 5x instead of this 3x, if shrinkage is an issue. The pants do not have pockets. What do they have against pants pockets? The color is actually a Navy Blue/Dark Green Plaid. The good part is, that they use real buttons instead of snaps that wear out. I don't mind the lack of a hospital style draw string, as it can cause a bowel restriction. If the elastic waistband starts to wear out, I can always move a button. No big deal.Three stars, due to snug fit, and lack of pants pockets.The measured sizes of these new 3X pajamas:Shirt: 33" from base of collar to end of cuff, 4 buttons, 4" wide shirt pocket opening, exact fit, no extra material for an in between size.Pants: Inseam 32". Minimum unstretched Waist: 44" (one button), 41 ½" (using both waist buttons). Maximum stretched waist: 60" (one button), 58 ½" (using both waist buttons). One button fly.I will update this review at a later date, in regards to shrinkage, pilling, buttons poorly sewn, and rips.Care instructions: Machine wash separately before wearing. Machine wash cold with like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low. Remove promptly. 08-03-2026I'm a big guy, currently at my biggest, 300+ lbs and 6' 2" tall. I ordered 3XL and they fit comfortably as Pjs are supposed to, loose and non binding. Also very pleased with length, usually cotton pajama pants are too short, but these pants come all the way down to my ankles.

08-03-2026The Hanes Long-Sleeve Flannel Pajamas r very nice looking (forest green plaid). Good quality & don't shrink when washed. They're a nice thickness, yet not too thick. My 97 yr old father chooses to wear them now instead of his summer cotton ones. Good choice. Would buy more colors but aren't available right now.
