08-03-2026Would love to write a good review on this. The necklace is very cute and the best part is the chains don't twist while you wear it! However, mine arrived with a broken clasp. Sadly, I didn't realize until I went to wear for the first time a little over a month later and I'm out of the Amazon return window. Amazon said to go to Kendra Scott which I did. I told them I purchased from Amazon and the issue. The response I received was a very canned response saying to take the item to the retail store where I bought it. I replied, saying again that I bought on Amazon, and they have ghosted me since then.The very least I think you could expect for a $120 necklace is a functioning clasp but I guess not.

08-03-2026Necklace looks good, feels premium. The package it arrived in was completely damaged however, the outer padded shipping envelope was fine! That means the person who put the package in the shipping envelope knew it was damaged before shipping. This was a gift but looked terrible. Unfortunately, I'm docking 1 star for presentation and 1 star for negligence.
