Easy to assemble and very solid. Easy to adjust. The only drawback is the width of the arm pad. It’s a bit narrow and if you’re doing 2 arm barbell/curl bar exercises, your arms can slide off the sides.

Only thing that could be better is more holes in the uprights to change the height of the weight bar rest

La máquina es excelente. Es fácil de armar, resistente, muy fácil de armar. Vi algunos comentarios que opinaban sobre el tamaño del cojín que era pequeño y que algunas partes como es la estructura dónde reposa el cuerpo queda floja. Pero para nada es así. La almohada tiene la dimensión indicada para una máquina de hacer ejercicio en casa y la estructura es sólida siempre y cuando ae arme bien y se apriete bien. 100 % recomendado.

This is a great value for the money! I was pleasantly surprised at the stability of it. I easily do curls with 45s with little to no wobbling. Great buy for the money IMO.

Easy to set up. If you’re familiar with how the preacher bench is set, then putting this together is a breeze. The instructions can be difficult to understand since there is no specific assembly instructions only numbers that indicate which hole to put them into.Lightweight in design, and sturdy for its build. I mention one con in the video and that’s not rubber/plastic coat in the barbell holder which can scratch up your bar and holder.Overall great purchase for what it is and will be a main focus in my home gym.

I would give this zero stars if there was an option.- Horrible instructions to begin with, 1 pager with no commentary or descriptions.- Came with incorrect bolts; a stop bolt was given as opposed to regular bolt. Ended up buying correct bolt from local hardware store.- Even after putting all bolts, bench continues to shake with the slightest touch as seen on video.Not safe and would not recommend to anybody. Really shocked that Amazon provided no support on returns. They should not allow seller to sell such items on their website.

It's not the most sturdy preacher curl bench I have used, though I will say the only other ones I used were commercial and this one is more for home use. I have had it lift up a few times as I was sitting down but a slight adjustment of where I was putting my weight solved that issue.It's fairly adjustable and went together pretty easily following the instructions. Comes with everything but the preacher bar.

I waited a couple of days after I received it to assemble it, several parts were missing ( fasteners) along with the plugs that go int the ends of the tubing, so after I sourced what was needed to assemble It, I was shocked at the size.It is unstable when you sit on the seat.it’s almost like sitting on the floor, the steel is a very thin gauge.
