They have just the right amount of stretch, so they stay snug without cutting into my calf, and they’re easy to put on and take off. The look is simple and classic, which makes them versatile enough to wear with almost anything.The downside is that after the very first wash, they started to pill. It doesn’t affect the comfort, but it does take away from the clean look. For the price, I expected them to hold up better than they did, and it feels a bit disappointing that they couldn’t even make it through one wash without showing wear.Overall they’re still practical, comfortable socks for fall and winter wear, and I’d recommend them if you don’t mind a little pilling.

08-03-2026These socks out of the package are softy and buttery and thick but they have an easy stretch. Unfortunately after the first wash they ball up & tiny little balls appear all over the sock. I tried to use a lent remover that did not work

The green is a deep forest green and the red is really a burnt orange brown, and the yellow is a warm fall leaf mustard, not screaming yellow. Perfect boot, hiking sock. Thick. Comfy. Soft. Not scratchy. No weird seams. Don’t hurt my very sensitive feet. They actually stay up and don’t roll or slouch down. Not tight. In fact, very comfy on the calf. Super happy with this purchase.

08-03-2026When I buy items like these, I am always dumbfounded because-why didn’t I buy them sooner? These are so soft and cozy! They are great quality, too! They fit me great. The look is a vibe, too! I feel like I used to be like “whatever, they are just socks” but as I age I can really appreciate a good pair of cozy and warm socks! It is summer now and I am actually looking forward to curling up next to the fireplace in a few months with these. Will probably buy more this winter!
