I was looking for one other piece of equipment for my home workouts on days when I just don't want to go to the gym and this is the perfect addition!It is super simple to set up - there is a quick You Tube video that walks you through it and it takes minutes. The board fits under a bed or sofa for easy storage and comes with a bag to put all your accessories in such as the additional bands! There is also an App with suggested exercises and that is free - no subscription required which is nice and there are also plenty of videos you can watch although this is pretty intuitive and easy to use.It comes with 3 bands that you slot under the board that attach to the handle to create resistance for exercises such as regular squats, lunges and deadlifts. On my first workout I began with all three not realizing that you could use one, two or three and it was crazy tough. I consider myself fairly fit as I exercise 7 days a week with swims on two 'rest' days and Peloton Spin / Strength / Yoga / Pilates 5 days a week which includes glute and leg workouts but three is tough and challenging so I will have to build up to that!!This is easy to use but challenging and the main reason - which is a great reason - is so often, glute workouts are done with improper form and we use the quads to compensate as the glutes are just hard to activate! This, by the angle of the board, corrects form and isolates those glutes which results in a tougher exercise but better results.There are other bands , 2 sets of three for lighter, medium and heavy resistance for exercises like adduction, kickbacks and glute bridges (which are also intense using this).It can also be used for a variety of other workouts though I have not tried those yet!!But so far I am very impressed and looking forward to seeing the results of the workout in time for summer vacation :)
It works well and prevents your back from hurting for sure. I use it roughly 2-3 times a week for various exercises. I didn’t like the cost, for a piece of slanted plastic it could’ve been cheaper.. but even standing on it barefoot, it’s comfortable. It’s sturdy. It holds my weight at 229lbs. I really like it.
This thing makes it real easy to have perfect form.I love it. I feel it right where I’m supposed too. Such a great invention for using at home.
Just received fast shipping with this amazing COBA Machine!! Loved it, worth the price,Seems easy to use nothing complicated, Comfort level is perfect because you get to choose between 3 options, as of sturdiness super well! Can’t wait to try it out!! Highly recommend
Do not be fooled!! This is not JUST a glute trainer. This literally can work out your entire body. This + some cardio, and you don’t need a gym anymore I swear. It’s so versatile, and even if you’re in shape, the resistance is adjustable, and the app/their channel’s videos are so good. I finish every workout with my muscles shaking. Money well spent and cheaper than on their site directly!Only thing I’ll note is that the glute bridge bands do seem a bit short. It adds great resistance, but I would potentially be worried that it’d be a bit difficult for curvier girls to use them without a big hassle.

Love, love, love this! This board has helped me to improve my form and better target my hamstrings. The workouts on the app are great and really push you. I rarely need to use my dumbells as this board is very versatile. Highly recommend!
I don’t know that 1239 not include extra 2 handIf i know. I will not order
There are even more exercises you can safely do on this platform. For example, this is also great for Pilates exercises you’d normally do on a reformer! I love it. Its a great way to keep up with my Pilates work when in-person reformer classes are fully booked.
Appears well made, a little overpriced though. The glute thrust bands are made for women wearing a size 6, so you've been warned. Overall good and you can easily take it anywhere in the house or on vacation. It requires a little experimentation with the different bands, but it is largely self-explanatory. Know that the tree under bands provide ALOT of resistance. Start with one or two. Adapts easily to the upper body.
