MAN i got this in the mail and was really skeptical at first, I didn't think it'd hold me up but at 400lb it's doing GREAT and it's a pretty good workout I really worked up a sweat and my legs felt it.It's a little noise but I have hardwood floors (easy fix I'll get a rug)It actually relieved pain in my lower back and I wasn't expecting pain relief but I got it. It's easy to use BUT you will need to get use to the speed of the vibration, I wouldn't recommend using for more then a few minutes a day and build up to a full workout.

I’ve had this for a long time now and I love it. There’s so many different vibration levels to choose from. I pick the highest one for me. When I use it I’ve lost quite a bit of weight and it helps so much with my pain. I have back issues, neck issues, plantars fasciitis, pelvic pain, bladder issues, ect and this helps me be able to sleep at night. I don’t know exactly how it works but it does the job it claims to do. It’s good quality and I’ve used it everyday to help with my pain and weight loss. I highly recommend buying this one it’s done me good. If mine ever dies I’m buying another one for sure.

I have been reading about lymphatic drainage and discovered that many people have had great success using the vibration plates, so I looked at several models and I found this one with great reviews and a weight capacity of 440 lbs. I got it and was not quite sure I was going to get my money's worth. I absolutely love it. I use it in the mornings before work and again in the evenings before bed. I am starting to see an improvement in my energy level, and my muscle tone. The swelling in my leg has gone down substantially since using this piece of equipment.

Haven’t even had it a year, barely used and it already stopped working. Won’t power on

Not very good instructions on how to use. It’s very easy to turn on it seems to be good quality

J’ai commandé ce produit déçu un peux au début je ne comprenais pas toute les informations qui sont en anglais seulement du coup j’ai voulu le retourner je me suis ravisé et fait des recherches plus avancé j’ai donc compris certaines options de l’appareil je ne l’ai donc pas retournéPour une perte de poids je combine des exercices de musculations et abdominaux avec plate vibrante et au sol .J’aime le produit car je ne sans plus aucune fatigue dans mes jambes après une séance je constate que la circulation ce fait et me fait un bien fou j’adore Le seul petit bémol les instructions ne sont pas très clair j’aurais aimé avoir plus d’info et plus d’illustrations d’exercices qui seraient mieux imprimésTrès contente du produit et très bien emballé par le fabriquantVoilà bonne exercices à tous

I love ❤️ this vibration plate! Worth every penny. I received it, yesterday. Packaged well. Very sturdy. Excellent quality. Increases circulation. I feel energetic after one session. Plan to use it at least 3x daily. Helps with muscle relaxation which results in pain relief. Comes with resistance bands, but you may attach your own. Love the remote control! I also am using this plate for coordination and balance exercises.You may also place your hands on the plate for doing push-ups. Adds resistance and intensifies your push-ups. Also good for increasing your strength, endurance and stamina with planks.You may also sit on the plate to do sitting crunches or leg extensions.The only thing I dislike is the short length power cord. You must be close to a power outlet. However, you can always use an extension cord!Overall, this vibration plate is wonderful !!! I highly recommend purchasing this item.

Its a pain reliever. A stress reliever. Great for restless leg syndrome too. Helps me sleep if I use it 10 min before bed.Where has this been all my life?

As soon as I plugged in the product is started to smoke and made a loud bang. It shorted out and stopped operating. I was approved a return via DHL at my own expense but the dont deliver to that country. Dont waste your money.

Very easy to use

Nice vibrating service for increasing circulation. Does seem to leave me energized after using for about 20 minutes, does take some getting used to. Remote control could use some improvement on design. Does not work well.
