I bought this phone on October 1st. I will never buy another phone like this ever again. It’s barely been 2 months, it gets hot after few calls. It says screen not supported. I wanted to ask for refund but It already got cracked after a fall.

Excellent conditions, after 4 months everything is working 100%

Phone is in excellent condition and arrived as scheduled. Screen is scratch-less, as it is the back of the phone. There are some very minor scuff marks on one of the side, almost unnoticeable, but nothing that is not consistent with normal wear for a 4-year-old plus electronic device.

I've had it month and it seems a good value for the money especially with the trade in. The battery does not hold a charge as well as my old phone did. it's running low by 4 in the afternoon from just listing to music all day and a little screen time. That might be a consideration for some folks.

The product came quickly after being shipped, and as stated. Some scratches on the rim but none on the screen or back. Giving 4 stars as the battery health came at 83%, this should’ve been great condition and not excellent. I think to warrant excellent the battery health needed to be 90% or higher.

La estética del teléfono es excelente no tiene ninguna raspadura ni en las cámaras ni en la pantalla, en cuanto a la batería me llego al 82% la verdad esperaba un poco más, lo que me preocupa es que al encenderlo me dice que la pantalla no es una pieza original, voy a probarlo por unas 2 semanas para ver que tal funciona y actualizar la reseña.

I upgraded from an iPhone XS with only 64gb of storage. The phone is in great condition with battery life as described. Completely unlocked so it was easy to set up with Cricket.

Llegó impecable, caja sellada, con cable nuevo (genérico) y cubo. Recomiendo

Satisfecho hasta el momento, tomando en cuenta que se trata de un equipo reacondicionado (tiene unos detales cosméticos mínimos), el equipo trabaja muy bien y contento con la relación costo / beneficio.

I ordered this phone because my old phone was non-operational. I received it within 2 days of ordering which was great! It appeared in excellent physical condition: no scratches on the screen or back, just a few scruffs on the corners. The device worked as it should except when I tried to use the rear facing camera, I noticed the picture was very blurry. I contacted Amazon and they walked me through a series of steps to attempt to fix the issue. When that didn’t work, they contacted the seller directly and expressed my concerns. The seller said I could return the phone and if they had a replacement in stock they’d exchange the device, but if it was out of stock I’d get a refund. I asked if they could send a replacement before I sent the phone back since I didn’t have another phone to use, but the seller was adamant that they receive the device before sending a replacement. So I sent the defective phone back and waited a week before I heard anything. I was then informed that I’d be receiving a refund. If I would’ve known that I’d be getting a refund, I would’ve bought a new phone once I knew this one was defective. I appreciate that this seller stands by their product and made the situation right, but it was a great inconvenience to me as a buyer not having a phone for 7 days. It’s worth taking the chance if you get a quality phone but, on the off chance that you get a defective one, I wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller unless you have something to use for a week+ while you’re waiting for an “exchange”.
