08-03-2026Nice box and appears to be sturdy. I bought it for a grandchild to store some small toys. However, when I opened it, it reaked of a strong plastic smell. I washed it several times but the smell does not go away. The box will be used but not by my grandchild.

08-03-2026I bought one like this 7 or 8 years ago from one of the big stores, and it lasted this long, but it finally gave up the ghost and doesn't lock right and all of the plastic on the top has brittled away into pieces. This one looked really similar to the one I bought at that big store, not going to name it. I have finally filled it with half or third of all my tools laying around, and it looks good. The previous tray was a little better than this one because it had room for screw drivers and such. This one is compartmentalized and does not allow that. Each compartment in the tray is only about 4 inches. I don't know what I will put in there yet. I put a little pair of scissors and a couple of spools of teflon. There's probably more things that can fit in there, but it is not the tools that I want to carry in this toolbox. Maybe I should have given it only 4 stars, but it is a good enough toolbox to get a 5 star rating. I just ordered another one for my other property to keep there. I'm sure this product will last me the same 7 years that my other one lasted.

08-03-2026It’s a heavy plastic tool box. Good size for all my jewelry making tools. Good closures. My only complaint is the two small removable containers on the lid. They are virtually worthless. They are hard to & then do not close well and have no usable function. Other than those two little containers, it’s a well made tool box.
