08-03-2026Oh I thought the other reviews were just being picky but they were correct. This mask for $18 was a let down. It's very cold & wet on your face but honestly, my face doesn't feel or look better. It actually feels sticky & tight..not in a good way. I'm so sad because I stalked her products for months and it was my V-day gift. I would have expected more for her to put her name on it. Would love a refund but obviously it's only one mask and used it.

08-03-2026I liked the product (moisturizer) on the mask but not the mask itself. When trying to put it on, the loops supposed to go behind your ear just rip. The mask is heavy (lots of soaked product) so it was hard to get it to stay on my face without anything to hold it on.I likely won’t do another mask but will just do the serums themselves.

08-03-2026I can't recommend this strongly enough. I love the feel, smell, and how long it lasts. JLO Face Mask is the best. You will see results immediately. The effect is amazing. I have the whole line. I use the cleanser, eye creme, the serum...amazing serum..., the Blockbuster Hydrating Creme, and the big screen creme. It has taken 10 years or more off of my face/neck. I have been using it for a year and I can honestly say it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I have tried the body lotion and butt cream, but I forget to use it all that often, however I NEVER forget to use this. It feels too good. The price is high, but it will last you so much longer than what you use. You will not regret using this product.
