08-03-2026... Okay, I have this Band hanging off the handle of my exercise bike. This is a good little gadget for adding in a bit of arm resistance while you're pedaling. Very LIGHT weight and easy to keep clean, as well as being a great fit for my smallish hands.

08-03-2026I have so many other exercise bands at home and was wondering whether it would be worth it to buy this. I tried using the other ones I have that are quite longer to see if I would do the same types of exercise and it just didn't feel right so I went ahead and bought this one. It was a great idea. It is super easy to use great flexibility and I noticed feeling better after using this for even just a few minutes. I keep this in my living room and I use it while watching TV and I've often times taken it to my desk when I work from home and will take a few minutes break between meetings just to stretch out.
