Good quality very nice phone
Excellent phone just don't buy from cell4less. They charge a restocking fee if you have to return it, even if it's just a day later. It's a small phone and I had problems reading it. You can only turn the font up so high. But I'm sure it will be perfect for a younger person.
The Samsung S21, refurbished by Amazon, was spotless! Couldn't distinguish any marks on case or screen. HOWEVER, beyond that, there is so much BLOAT loaded on phone that it makes it almost unusable! Can't get from one screen to the next without 'running into a roadblock' asking if I went this or that additional program installed! You can't get around these suggestions like there's a monster with a Lazer weapon! You can't define so as to go into APPS and delete. Some apps have "force stop" or "disable" which still uses memory.
Because the phone has been fully reset to factory defaults, it has lost ALL operating system updates. The cycle to bring the phone to the current level takes HOURS, and a LOT of work - there are 20+ updates that need to be installed, one at a time, before you can do anything else.
Great phone great price. In great condition.
*BUYER BEWARE*I purchased this phone a little of 3 months ago. I was hesitant about purchasing a refurbished phone, but my wife purchased one (from a different seller) and had no issues. I decided to move forward with the purchase because of this reason. At first, everything seemed fine, until about 3.5 months in, my phone was disconnected from the network and would not reconnect. This is a t-mobile locked phone, which means it should work on their network with metro pcs. I contacted metro customer service who tried everything from resetting the network, to using a new esim card. They exhausted all options to no avail, so I took it to my local metro dealer. They worked on it for about an hour, and were able to temporarily reconnect it. But, they stated this is a flagged phone and it will eventually be disconnected again. I am also no longer able to check my voicemails. When dialing in to my voicemail, it now recognizes my password as incorrect. I have used the same password for the last 10 years and have not altered it. Not sure if this is coincidental or if it relates to this situation, but I have never heard of this happening to someone before. I contacted this seller twice, both times they told me that there is nothing they will do since it's right outside of the 90 day return window. You would think there should be some sort of stipulation to this, since they potentially sold me an unpaid/stolen phone. I am now filing a claim with Amazon to hopefully rectify this issue, since the seller is unwilling to correct their mistake.
GREAT VALUE TO UPGRADE YOUR PHONEWas using an old Galaxy S8, but time to upgrade.New phone prices are crazy, so looked at Amazon Renewed, and founda Galaxy S21 for under $200 in excellent condition, and for my carrier as well.Got the phone - like new - took to TMobile - they put a SIM chip in and I was up and running in a day! Also transferred everything from the S8 to the S21 via WIFI and worked perfect.Very impressed with the Renewed products so far............
