The red resistance band broke the first time I used it. I've been in touch with Life Pro customer service and they respond very sporadically. I reported the break in mid January and simply requested a replacement band. The last a heard from them said they didn't have any red bands in stock but would get me one as soon as one was available. So it's been something like 3 months and still have not received a replacement. Product seems fine other than the broken band, but based on customer service I wouldn't recommend.

I have been able to get good workouts in, especially with the resistance bands in the door. They seem like good quality. I also enjoy using the board for different types of push-ups. The accessories included are also very useful.

I love having everything you need right out of the box. This program provides so many tools that work on many areas of your body. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and the setup is very easy.

Just started using it and so far so good. I love all the attachments and the fact that I can workout my whole body on one thing.

Love the concept, variety of exercises and all of the accessories. Unfortunately, it is a lot of work going from one exercise to another. Each time you have to flip the board over and reset the bands for the proper tension, switch from bar to handles, straps or push up handles, the carabiners are too small for the straps on the bands, and make it difficult to hook and unhook. If you put the rubber feet on the board for stability (12!), you have to take them off to fold the board to put away. The bar needs more padding, hurts neck and shoulders when doing squats. Trying to do this in my office on lunch hour, everything is noisy, lots of clinking and clanging and squeeking

I take this on my trips to ensure I am getting my workouts in while away from home. It is small, light, compact and gets the job done. You can actually get a full body workout with this machine. Just buy it! I love mine.

I love how many levels of difficulty there are! I'm 47 and have arthritis and polyneuropathy (not diabetes related). This set is perfect for me. I can use it at any time during the day and the more I use it, the quicker I get at setting it up. I walk during the day (doing steps) but I needed a strength training system.My only problem is the lack of exercise videos or diagrams that go with it. This is such a versatile system, but there are only about 20 exercises shown in the back of the instructions booklet and only two videos on the website. The "library" of free videos is mostly for other products they have. You can figure out a set of exercises that work for you but you have to put effort into it. I recommend keeping a notebook and pen on hand for additional exercisers you "create" that aren't in the booklet.

I traveled with it to my clients and they loved it. Working out is much easier using this.

Easy to use. Offers variety of exercises. Well built. Satisfied so far. I wish there were a digital version of the exercise samples that come in the small instruction booklet. Examples of routines according to user expertise would also be helpful. I know, doing a search in the web would get some results, but the company could go a step further provider a more complete experience.

It's very versatile. The carrying bag, quality of the bar, foam pad, and size of the product are great extras for me. I had to start trying it out immediately. I do wish that I could close it up without removing the little knobs.

First up, customer service was excellent when I couldn't find all the pieces (they were there, but I just couldn't see them!). Since then, just been spending time getting used to it. Love the detail on the board for pushups so I know what muscles I'm targetting. The other features such as bands etc. are pretty easy to set-up and use. I like the exercises in the booklet as well. Having it in the house encourages me to do more exercise!

Good machine with a lot of accessories and a lot of different workouts to be performed. Great customer service as well. Very fast shipping.

I expected the plastic to be more solid. I stepped on it and it sounded like a crack happened. I'm 155lbs so this shouldn't have happened. It just seems to be cheaply made. Other products from Lifepro are solid and I didn't have any issues with so this is a bit of a disappointment compared to the other products I have from the same company.
