She loved them when she saw them but then started crying when I tried to put them on her.She just bumped up into a size 6, which is what we ordered, just for her heel to stick off the back.I ordered an off brand that arrived today, size 6, and it fits. Same with 2 pairs from Minnetonka - size 6 fits, so it’s definitely the size with these crocs being off. And with how much you pay for these? Ridiculous.

08-03-2026Bought these for my toddler who took them into the kiddy pool we filled up in our backyard. They were wet so we left them outside to dry for a couple hours. When we took them in after drying they appeared to have shrunk. We tried to put them on our toddlers feet and we confirmed that they did indeed shrink and these shoes which were a bit large and eat to put on are now unable to fit due to shrinkage. I am unable to find any customer service number or contact information to reach out to see if the company will resolve this issue. Shoes shouldn't shrink a size or two if you leave them out in the sun for a bit

08-03-2026I’ve ordered Crocs every summer for my kids and they’ve always held up for at least a year. Unfortunately, these didn’t even make it through autumn. The label on the back peeled off after just a few months, and now my daughter refuses to wear them.As a mom, I expect children’s shoes to be durable, especially when they come from a brand known for long-lasting quality. Instead, I found myself having to peel off the other label just so the shoes would match. Clearly, the glue used isn’t strong enough.It’s frustrating that something meant for active kids didn’t even survive a single season. I really wanted these to last longer, but sadly, I won’t be repurchasing this style.

08-03-2026I am so disappointed by these shoes. We loved them for the first month. And then wore them to the pool. They seemed like the obvious shoe choice to wear to the pool in the summer. But they were SO NOT! During the hour that we were in the pool, 4 little shoes became misshapen in the heat. Again- we were only swimming for an hour. The shoes were left pool side and esenially "melted" in the heat. So maybe this was "our fault"... but come on, they are shoes! And didn't come with a warning label. So be warned. Purchase at your own risk.
