Indian clubs are classic. I've been told they were used in the day to build swordfighting strength, so keep that in mind in case broadswords are your thing. I will echo what others say: These will feel a lot heavier in the hand than 10-pound dumbbells. Anything that extends the weight adds leverage to that weight. The best examples are "mace bells," which are awesome, but you can def start with a 7-pound mace bell for each hand. If one of these Indian clubs arrives damaged? That happens sometimes with workout gear. Amazon will let you return it, and will ship a replacement. It happened in my case.
Solid. Great for grip strength work.
These have been a five star buy for me. I purchased two of them. They’re solid pieces through and through. I am able to incorporate them into all sorts of different exercises. And they fit nicely into my suitcase so I can keep up with exercises while I’m on the road. Would buy again.
Great quality club. Has a knurled grip, well balanced, and built to last. Would highly recommend.
I have the 5-lb and 10-lb versions of this club. They are great training devices, especially for core-training. Swing it as you would a baseball bat or a two-handed shot in a racquet sport, and you can feel the training effect right away, as you add strength through that range of motion.
Been using Indian clubs for mobility and shoulder warm up.. Decided to add club bells to my weight training library. With the price of each club of competitors pretty steep, I decided to buy the cheapo 10 and 15 pounder. The 10 is grippy enough. I'm not sure the 15 will have enough texture for a sweaty hand though. Using the 10s now and grip strength and endurance seem to move up pretty quickly. My only real negative is the powder coating. It gets marked up pretty easily and had mild texture Ihave a titan club bell with a bit more texture and it's more durable. Finish Been knocked around a bunch and mo marring of finish. Got 3 scuffs on these clubs first weekNot sure if I'll be sticking to this brand for 20 and 25 lb upgrades. Will depend on how the 15 holds in the hand. May have to use some chalk or switch brands. Time will tell.Price is great to get started on.an oddball fitness product. I really like em. Finding educational content is sporadic on YouTube - but it's out there. Pick a few basic moves, practice light and test heavier when you get the techniques down.I am really liking them as a supplement to weightlifting. Seems to be clearing some chronic shoulder impingement I've had.I would recommend this product for someone new to club bells for first time.

Got both 10lb and 15lb. Really great product, I've been using them for 2-3 months now and just wish they made 20lb and above.
I got this to improve shoulder mobility, grip and upper back strength for BJJ.I have to say that I overshot the weight - really should have gone lighter. Nonetheless, this is a stellar piece of equipment.Well-balanced and heavy for its size – 15lbs feels heavier due to leverage.1. Great for grip strength, shoulder mobility, and rotational exercises2. The finish allows for a good grip3. It’s one solid piece – no rattling or weak spots.4. Good for conditioning circuits or rehab-style movements.Don’t do what I did: if you’re new to clubs, start lighter. This isn’t like lifting a 15lb dumbbell.
I just got this thing. I’ve been waiting for it. Yet, with mixed apprehension. I’ve recently had shoulder surgery and have some pretty severe neurological issues going on. So, I wanted something to help me rehab. Issue for me - I’ve been an avid weightlifter for decades and I’m used to heavy weights. When I saw these - I figured they were a little overboard with telling people to get the lighter weights to start. Even so - I figured: I’ve never used these. Although I have a kettlebell. These are different. And - they were right. It was packed well. I will say - I purchased other items also, so it was in a bigger box. Knowing Amazon’s packing- I doubt they’d send it in this little one.Over all A++++. I love this thing. You feel it in your core. It’s just the right weight for me now rehabbing. I see it helping greatly. I got the 5 lb for now. However, I do foresee myself going higher in weight as the days progress. If you’re on the fence. Get one before the prices go up. This company seems to be very competitive and they have the best prices for a real quality item. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I wish I’d done it sooner. This is NOT a paid review.

TL;DR: This 15lb steel club is a five-star beast. It's built like a tank, feels great in the hand, and delivers an incredible workout for your grip, shoulders, and core. This steel club is impressive. It's a high-quality, no-nonsense piece of equipment that delivers on every front. At 15lbs, it's the perfect weight to challenge my grip, forearms, and shoulders without being unmanageable. It's incredibly versatile for swings, presses, cleans, and rotational movements (like mills and swipes) that you just can't replicate with dumbbells. My core stability and shoulder mobility have noticeably improved. I got this because I tore my subscap tendon.• Durability & Build Quality: This thing is virtually indestructible. It's one solid piece of steel. The images show it arrived with a few minor scuffs on the paint, but that's purely cosmetic and honestly expected for a heavy-duty item like this. The underlying build quality is top-notch; this club will outlast me.The design is simple and effective. The handle thickness is perfect—substantial enough for a secure grip but not so thick that it causes premature fatigue. The powder-coat finish provides a secure, non-slip grip even when you're sweating. The weight is perfectly distributed, making it feel balanced and intuitive during complex movements. This is a premium piece of fitness equipment. The quality is evident from the moment you pick it up. The weight is clearly marked, the finish is durable, and the solid steel construction gives you the confidence to train hard.If you're looking to add a new dimension to your strength training, I can't recommend this steel club enough.
Ideal y super funcional para iniciar con rutinas básicas de ejercicios. Comodo y de buen acabado. Ademas ocupa muy poco espacio y es fácil de manipular.
