08-03-2026Great product but mine was defective upon arrival; it immediately fell to the ground and the entire top section containing the moving blades broke. As you can see in my video review, the bottom plastic tube shielding the battery isn’t attached to the interior plastic part containing the battery… so once I opened it the entire top & bottom interior came out, fell to the floor and fell apart. I tried to put it back together but wasn’t successful bc it kept popping off and each part scattered separately onto the floor.I should have immediately returned the defective item

08-03-2026Dislikes. Both ours broke after 2-3 uses. Black one blade area kept falling off the area to lock blades kept coming open. Couldn’t get his to ever trim. Bald cover didn’t fit. Pink one stop working after 3 use to trim eyebrows. Either this product is not good or we got two bad flukes of this product.

08-03-2026I freakin love this thing!!!! Speed is great, perfect size to fit in any purse or pocket. Super easy to use just need a battery. It feels heavy duty and works perfectly. My pervious one lasted like 10 years before it stopped working!! Very happy with this.
