I got the item looked new but didn't heat , even I switched it on for 30 mins. Returned the item and asked for replacement but it was lost on its way. So canceled the order and got full refund.

Good size, perfect for small cleaning jobs. I have used this in multiple locations in my home and it performs very well. I like the portability and ease of use. Has great attachments for multiple purposes.

Very nice cleaning product. Come with all different purpose head for different surface. Also come with the measuring sets which make it really easy and handy to use it. Also like the user manual which comes with Video if you scan the QR code it provides and also pictures with details about which head for what purpose or surface. Come to cleaning result, I tried stove top, bath tub and sofa, it removes stains quite well. Producing steam really fast and not leaking. Though i would prefer a large capacity one next time. Overall good for the money.

Es un producto 100% RECOMENDABLE, sólo que hay tener cuidado, cuando hay que volver a ponerle agua, abrir lentamente la tapa, porque algunas veces tiene aún vapor que puede generar quemaduras. Si lo adquieren, no se van a arrepentir. Pues en la juntas de los pisos, realmente el resultado es asombroso, previo poner líquido especial para eso.

I'm a little disappointed that I have to wait for the pressure to drop before I can refill and use steamer again once the reservoir empties. For me this adds a considerable amount of time to any job I am doing as it takes around 4 to 5mins to be able to open the reservoir cap and refill the steamer. This for me is inconvenient. However it performs very well on various jobs. Steaming out wrinkles in clothing cuts ironing time considerably. Cleaning my stove top is now a breeze, sanitizing and cleaning bathroom and kitchen are satisfying knowing you are killing not only odor but bacteria. Strangely the little beaker and funnel is a favorite for me as they make refilling the reservoir easy. I wish there was some way to see the level of water in reservoir but I love this steamer. Overall for the price it is very good value for money! Would highly recommend.
