This is a solid piece of equipment for the price. It feels sturdy, doesn’t wobble, and the padding is thick enough to stay comfortable through longer sessions. The adjustable positions make it easy to switch from chest presses to ab work or step-ups, and setup was simple. What I like most is how easily it folds up and slides out of the way when I’m done. Perfect for smaller spaces or home gyms that double as offices or bedrooms. For this price, the quality and versatility are hard to beat.
Me encanto la firmeza de este banco y lo practico que es para guardar, es un producto ligero, comodo, practico y de buena calidad, ideal para ejercicio en casa

Looks good and works well...well made and very adaptable and reasonably padded...not overly. Easy to assemble and can be folded up and put away if needed.
My teenager and I both love this bench. We live in an apartment and it takes up barely any space. He is a heavy guy and it doesn’t budge. Very sturdy and easy to use. Functions well with lots of different settings and levels and uses.
Very good bench for home use. It’s not to heavy and easily fits under my bed. Easy to put together - done in minutes. I haven’t jumped or stood on it but otherwise it holds me well and I am not at all worried that it will not hold me. Very sturdy! Recommend
Easy to put together and very comfortable and simple to use. Great value for money. Also very well made
I have one complaint and one complaint only: there’s nowhere to store the center pin when the bench is folded. It’s such a simple feature they could’ve added! I solved it by clipping a small carabiner to the little strap you use to fold the bench and hanging the pin there so it doesn’t wander off. Works perfectly. The seat adjustment pin can stay put, but the center pin hole isn’t accessible once the bench is folded, which makes storage a bit awkward. As for the bench itself—it’s sturdy, stable, and a great pick for my first weight bench since starting my fitness/weight loss journey. I do find the curved backrest a little unnecessary (especially during hip thrusts), but it’s easy enough to work around. I just brace it against the wall and wedge a foam roller between the seat and the wall for extra stability, since the base is wider than the top.It folds up nicely—not totally flat, but compact enough to stand upright in a corner when not in use. For the price, it’s a great value and feels secure for all my workouts.
This bench is fantastic! Very sturdy and well-built, with smooth adjustments that make it easy to switch between positions. Perfect for full-body workouts, from bench presses to incline and decline exercises. Feels professional and solid — worth every penny
I will give two ratings: seller and product. The seller deserves a 1/5......1. Terrible customer service. "Nana", is the name used, didn't even bother to reply to a message I sent 3 weeks ago inquiring about the bench.2. Shipped the item Purolator Ground; it took 7 days to arrive (not 2-days Prime).3. Instead of explaining why it was shipped that way; I was told just to refuse delivery and have it returned if I'm not happy with the delivery time. This person / company can learn a few things from our friends overseas who customer service us to death. And now the bench....I would give it a 6/5 if I could. The quality is far beyond what I expected. There are no flaws in the workmanship. It works in all positions perfectly.I've used it 3 times so far and the quality of the padding and cover is exceptional and it was sturdy ! - No wobbling. The padding is firm; and it should be otherwise it would be flat as a pancake quickly; like what I see at the gym. It's very firm to hold up after extensive usage, but not so firm that it feels like your sitting on a wooden board. The covering is non-slip with a matte finish. The piping and stitching is flawless. It's great if you have a small condo/space.Also note in my pictures that the finish is a textured silver/black powder coating. This will resist scratches better than the smooth grey pictured by the seller. The fabric and finish makes this bench look much more expensive than $85.I also added a picture showing the measurement of the bench folded without the leg attachment (Approx. 8")It also comes fully assembles; only the leg attachment needs to be put on.
This thing is great! Very nice that it feels sturdy but compacts down to something that isn't terrible to store. I appreciate that it feels high quality while still being affordable. I got this for my home gym and it works perfectly for my needs. It came assembled with good instructions and I was able to use it right away.
Works great, absurdly light, very compact and can be easily stored. It is very durable so far after a month. You can't beat it for the price. Best part of all?Other than two locking pins, NO assembly!!!!! Love it.
I'm 5'4" and about 165 pounds. I am doing the Dig Deeper program right now with Shaun T (weights and circuits) so needed a bench. This one has some pros and cons. I like that it is easy to move around. I don't love that the feet don't stay on. Sometimes I drag it on the carpet to move it and the feet just slip off. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying. I actually really like the texture on this. It feels kind of "grippy". I don't love the red piping around the edges. It is fine right now but would be nicer if it wasn't there and I think it may come apart eventually. It's kind of a flexible plastic piece. The narrow part in the middle of the bench is just longer than my hand and I don't love this. It looks nice, but when I'm laying back to do chest presses or anything, it doesn't feel very supporting on my back and I wish it was just one width the whole way. I also use the bench a lot for push ups, hip ups, and tricep dips and other exercises where I have to push against it. It isn't the most sturdy and rocks. I find myself spending time adjusting where my hands or feet are to avoid knocking it over rather than being able to focus on my form the way I want to. It's lightweight but honestly it's probably better to get a heavier duty one. It's also not very long, so if I have my feet up with knees bent, my head barely fits at the top. Anyone taller than 5'4" would struggle having room to lay back completely. This bench works fine and is good for a cheaper, starter bench, but honestly if you can spend more and get a heavier duty one, do that instead. I am returning it to get one with a wider base and longer and wider bench.
