This bench is good for basic exercises such as chest press, seated biceps, seated shoulder presses, and other seated basic exercises. It is not good for intermediate or advanced exercises such as bench dips, hip trust, step ups, incline or decline pushups or any type of core exercise as it is Not sturdy. I have 20 pound dumbbells I have to place on each side of the bottom legs of the bench so it does not move. My 15 pound weights do don’t hold the bench.My weight fluctuates between 120-125 so I thought this bench will work for me.Also, when using the attachment bands you MUST put weights on the bottom to hold the bench. My first time trying them, the entire bench went straight into my shins giving me black and blues. The assembly was easy and It is easy to fold between flat & incline; however, this bench is not what I need to take me to the next level of my fitness journey.

I recently received this adjustable weight bench and I am very pleased with it. It was nearly fully assembled, just a few small things to do and it is ready to go. The frame is sturdy and the seat and back rest are nicely cushioned. It is light weight and folds in half so it is easy to store when not in use. It may take a few times of opening it up and folding it for it to become effortless but it really only takes a minute or two to open it up, put the pins in to secure the frame and then take pins out to fold it when done. Also, the price is very reasonable and affordable for a sturdy piece of home workout equipment.

Very good. Easy to assemble and is definitely portable. It is easy to adjust the height of the bench and it is very sturdy and comfortable. Only downside is I don’t feel much use from the resistance bands - they’re okay for a warm up but this bench is mostly ideal with dumbbells and a barbell

I loved this workout bench because it was easy to assemble and fold down to store. It was sturdy enough that I felt comfortable stepping up onto it. The seat as well as the back can be adjusted to multiple positions, making it very functional. It also comes with two sets of resistance bands that can be hooked to the base. It's a good bench for the price.

So b4 i get into the review i have to admit that i got an insane deal on this last minute with a 30% off coupon — essentially paying $60 for the WHOLE thing.Pros :nice qualitydurablecomfortableadjustableeasy assemblycablescons :slightly unstableSpecifics :This bench was basically completely set up in the box. We only had to assemble a few smaller pieces to complete it.I’ve included my 5ft self as a reference as well as close ups of all the adjustable areas.I originally intended to give this to my bf on christmas but had a gut feeling he would appreciate it before then. AND I WAS RIGHT !! He told me this was the best gift ever bc while we are fortunate to have roomates who have the adjustable weights, my bf no longer has to go to the gym every day !! He says this is great for his chest workouts as well as his arms (i’m sorry i don’t workout so i’m unsure of the technical names). AND, he says it’s better than the planet fitness benches :DMy baby is able to hit most of his simple workouts using this bench all while avoiding a crowded gym !! However, one star removed bc he does say when he leans forward on the larger piece for a couple of his workouts, it is a bit unstable. (expected bc of the price tho).Side note : our cat loves scratching things and we unfortunately do have a couple marks from her claiming her spot. So if you have animals who will do such things, i personally wouldn’t keep them around the area. While we’re thankful the fabric didn’t tear, i am worried it will at some point if she goes after it again. (she listens well so fingers crossed ).

Great work o it bench. Easy to assemble. Easy to use and fold down for storage. Back of bench easily can be declined several levels as well.Stable and secure when doing things like step ups, chest presses, hip thrusts, or core work.Great bench for small spaces as well!!The extra bands it comes with don’t really work. You can attach them easily, but unless there is weight on the bench you go to pull on them the bench goes flying. The bench it self is fabulous.

I have long-term chronic disabilities/ conditions so part of my physiotherapy is to try to strengthen muscles again as so much muscles wastage.I bought this so I can use at home as part of my routine.I looked around for ages ....I am happy I got this one.Easy to assemble not much required which was a bonus . Its solid and feels safe / sterdy which is paramountIt folds when not in use so great space saverIt comes will wall chart of exercises & bands as extra which is another added bonusIts a great bench for me & those who want one at home with limited space but don't want to compromise on being sturdy enough.So win win
