08-03-2026I got the Nebula Laser Cosmos projector. It's more luggable than actually portable since at around 10lbs, it's still pretty heavy and can basically double as a 10lb kettlebell. Because of its weight and form factor (it is taller than it is wide = high center of gravity), it easily tips over at more than a few degrees of tilt, even when the ball is fully tightened. The tiny neck on the ball-head really didn't give me much comfort as well.Luckily, you CAN use this without the ball-head tilt and just screw it into your projector hole using the bigger base. For me, it still provided an adequate amount of tilt and definitely felt more secured. However, without the ball-head tilt, my projector sits about 2 inches lower. That meant more vertical keystoning to correct the picture.But overall, the body is solid and assembling was easy. Just kind of wish that the ball-head tilt worked out for me.
